Actualmente hay 40+ entrenadores en todo el mundo formando nuevos coaches con esta metodolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text admin_label=\u00bbMarco te\u00f3rico\u00bb _builder_version=\u00bb4.16&#8243; background_size=\u00bbinitial\u00bb background_position=\u00bbtop_left\u00bb background_repeat=\u00bbrepeat\u00bb use_border_color=\u00bboff\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb]<\/p>\n<h2>Marco te\u00f3rico<\/h2>\n<p>La metodolog\u00eda sigue las tres tradiciones de conocimiento fundamentales del coaching.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>a) Psicolog\u00eda humanista y las obras de Abram Maslow y Carl Rogers.<\/strong><br \/><\/em>Los principios esenciales de la Psicolog\u00eda humanista son:<br \/>&#8211; Las personas poseen una experiencia v\u00e1lida de sus propios valores y metas.<br \/>&#8211; Las personas desean ser la mejor versi\u00f3n de s\u00ed mismos.<br \/>&#8211; Todos somos \u00fanicos y valiosos.<br \/>&#8211; Todos desean poder elegir y poner en pr\u00e1ctica sus decisiones.<\/p>\n<p>Estos son principios b\u00e1sicos de todas las escuelas de coaching.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>b) Constructivismo<\/strong><br \/><\/em>Este punto de vista proviene de la Cibern\u00e9tica y de las obras de Heinz von Foerster.<br \/>El constructivismo desarroll\u00f3 la idea de que nosotros ayudamos a crear el mundo en el que vivimos. Nuestra percepci\u00f3n de la realidad es tanto un constructo de nuestra mente como lo que est\u00e1 en el mundo que nos rodea. Por lo tanto, el coaching debe descubrir el mundo que el cliente est\u00e1 construyendo y no intentar darle una respuesta correcta.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>c) Ling\u00fc\u00edstica<\/em><\/strong><br \/>Las personas describen al mundo y a s\u00ed mismos mediante el lenguaje, y la estructura del lenguaje da forma a su manera de pensar y le pone l\u00edmites. El coaching tiene en cuenta c\u00f3mo el lenguaje que usa el cliente es un indicio del modo en que piensa sobre su problema.<br \/>La metodolog\u00eda Lambent es un modelo integrado, con bases te\u00f3ricas firmes y desarrollado a partir de varias otras ramas del pensamiento:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coaching ontol\u00f3gico. El coaching ontol\u00f3gico se enfoca en la manera de ser del cliente, en la interacci\u00f3n din\u00e1mica que se da entre el lenguaje, las emociones y la fisiolog\u00eda del cliente. Otorga particular \u00e9nfasis a escuchar al cliente, a observar sus patrones de lenguaje y las emociones expresadas en la fisiolog\u00eda. La metodolog\u00eda Lambent toma en cuenta todas estas dimensiones; el cliente es una persona en su totalidad: mente, coraz\u00f3n y esp\u00edritu. Los principios del coaching ontol\u00f3gico se toman principalmente de los trabajos de James Flaherty, Fernando Flores y Rafael Echeverria.<\/li>\n<li>Estudios integrales. Este campo de la psicolog\u00eda transpersonal de veloz desarrollo se origin\u00f3 en los trabajos del fil\u00f3sofo estadounidense, Ken Wilber. El modelo integral utiliza una serie de perspectivas diferentes para lograr la comprensi\u00f3n m\u00e1s cabal que sea posible de una situaci\u00f3n. Se enfoca en las l\u00edneas de desarrollo, los estados mentales, los tipos de psicolog\u00eda y las etapas del desarrollo. Utiliza perspectivas interiores y exteriores, individuales y colectivas. Las perspectivas son una parte importante de la metodolog\u00eda Lambent y los estudios integrales proporcionan algunas que son muy \u00fatiles.<\/li>\n<li>Juego interior y Coaching co-activo. La metodolog\u00eda del Juego interior fue muy importante para el desarrollo del coaching. Creada por Timothy Gallwey, se enfoca en vencer al oponente interior para convertirse en la mejor versi\u00f3n de uno mismo. El m\u00e9todo fue llevado a Europa por Sir John Whitmore. El coaching co-activo tambi\u00e9n es un modelo que Laura Whitworth desarroll\u00f3 originariamente en Estados Unidos. Los cuatro principios de este modelo son que, por naturaleza, el cliente es creativo, ingenioso y \u2018un todo\u2019 integrado, que el coaching debe enfocarse en la vida del cliente en su totalidad, que el cliente establece la agenda y que la relaci\u00f3n de coaching es una sociedad. El coaching co-activo tambi\u00e9n otorga \u00e9nfasis especial a la intuici\u00f3n del coach como una herramienta de coaching.<\/li>\n<li>Psicolog\u00eda positiva. Esta l\u00ednea sigue las ideas de Abram Maslow sobre la autorrealizaci\u00f3n. Martin Seligman ha utilizado y desarrollado este enfoque en Estados Unidos. La psicolog\u00eda positiva se concentra en el bienestar mental e investiga las emociones positivas y lo que las personas pueden hacer para agregar m\u00e1s de estas a su vida. Considera que son importantes la esperanza y el optimismo como rasgos del car\u00e1cter. Esta l\u00ednea ha llevado a la creaci\u00f3n de una escuela de coaching conocida como \u201cLa Felicidad Aut\u00e9ntica\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Programaci\u00f3n Neuroling\u00fc\u00edstica (PNL). Es un sistema de psicolog\u00eda originado por Richard Bandler y John Grinder en Estados Unidos en la d\u00e9cada del setenta y desarrollado posteriormente por Robert Dilts. La PNL es el estudio de la estructura de la experiencia subjetiva. Ha analizado a comunicadores destacados para ver c\u00f3mo lograban esa clase de resultados. Su enfoque se refleja en su nombre: \u2018neuro\u2019 es la mente, \u2018ling\u00fc\u00edstica\u2019 se refiere al lenguaje y \u2018programaci\u00f3n\u2019 se refiere a las secuencias de acciones que se llevan a cabo para lograr una meta. La PNL adopta un enfoque pragm\u00e1tico, basado en modelos de excelencia y ense\u00f1a muchas habilidades y herramientas importantes que se usan en el coaching.<\/li>\n<li>Coaching conductual. Este modelo se enfoca en el comportamiento exterior m\u00e1s que en las metas interiores y busca llevar a cabo modificaciones en la conducta que sean sostenibles y mensurables. Se aplica principalmente en los contextos de negocios. La metodolog\u00eda Lambent reconoce la importancia de los resultados mensurables para los individuos, los equipos y las organizaciones, de modo que el impacto del coaching se pueda evaluar desde diversos aspectos. El coaching modifica el pensamiento y las emociones y esto conduce al cambio de la conducta. El coaching conductual ha sido desarrollado fundamentalmente por Perry Zeus y Suzanna Skiffington\u00a0 en Australia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La metodolog\u00eda Lambent tambi\u00e9n sigue los principios del coaching basado en evidencias, que se define como \u2018el uso inteligente y atento del mejor conocimiento actual integrado con la experiencia del practicante en la toma de decisiones acerca de c\u00f3mo practicar el coaching con clientes individuales y en el dise\u00f1o y la ense\u00f1anza de programas de entrenamiento en coaching\u2019.<br \/>Los dise\u00f1adores de la metodolog\u00eda Lambent, Andrea Lages y Joseph O\u2019Connor, han escrito dos libros sobre el Coaching. Quieren ser libres para dirigir su propio aprendizaje. It is applicable to business people at every level.<\/p><p>The method is an integrated framework from the following main coaching models:<\/p><p>\u2022 Ontological coaching (Fernando Flores, James Flaherty and Julio Ollala)<br \/>\u2022 Integral studies (Ken Wilber)<br \/>\u2022 Inner Game and Co active coaching (Laura Whitworth ,Timothy Gallwey and Sir John Whitmore)<br \/>\u2022 Positive Psychology (Martin Seligman)<br \/>\u2022 Evidence based Coaching (Anthony Grant)<br \/>\u2022 Neuro-Linguistic programming (John Grinder and Richard Bandler) <br \/>\u2022 and Behavioural Coaching (Perry Zeus and Suzanne Skiffington)<\/p><p>The method is suitable to develop executives and for executives to use to develop others.[\/important]<\/p><p>[important title=\"<strong>2. International Coaching Community<\/strong>\"]<\/p><p>The Lambent coaching methodology is international. It is used exclusively by the International Coaching Community (ICC). The ICC is one of the largest professional membership organisations for coaches in the world. It was established in 2001 and is a Not for Profit company registered in London UK. It has trained over 6000 coaches in 60 countries since 2001 using Lambent methodology. There are currently 34 trainers worldwide training with this methodology.[\/important]<\/p><p>[important title=\"<strong>3. Theoretical Background<\/strong>\"]<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The methodology follows the three foundational knowledge traditions of coaching.<\/p><p><em>a) Humanistic psychology and the works of Abram Maslow\u00a0 and Carl Rogers2.<br \/><\/em>The main principles of Humanistic Psychology are:<br \/>- People have a valid experience of their own values and goals.<br \/>- People want to be the best they can be.<br \/>- Everyone is unique and valuable.<br \/>- Everyone wants to have a choice and to exercise choice.<\/p><p>These are basic principles of all schools of coaching.<\/p><p><em>b) Constructivism<br \/><\/em>This viewpoint comes from Cybernetics and the works of Heinz von Foerster3<br \/>Constructivism developed the idea that we help create the world we live in. Our perception of reality is as much a construct of our minds as what is in the world outside us. Therefore coaching needs to discover the world the client is constructing and not try to give them a right answer.<\/p><p><em>c) Linguistics<br \/><\/em>People describe the world and themselves in language, and the structure of language shapes their thinking and limits it. Coaching takes into account how the language the client uses is a clue to how they are thinking about their issue.<br \/>The Lambent methodology is an integrated model, based on sound theoretical foundations and developed from many further lines of thinking:<\/p><p>\u2022 Ontological coaching. Ontological coaching focuses on the client\u2019s way of being, the dynamic interaction of the client\u2019s language, emotions and physiology. There is a strong emphasis on listening, language patterns and emotions expressed in physiology. Lambent methodology takes these dimensions into account; the client is a whole person, mind, heart and spirit. The principles of Ontological coaching are taken mainly from the writings of James Flaherty, Fernando Flores and Rafael Echeverria.<\/p><p>\u2022 Integral studies. This rapidly developing field of transpersonal psychology has been pioneered by the writings of the United States Philosopher, Ken Wilber7. The integral model uses a number of different perspectives to gain as full an understanding of a situation as possible. It looks at lines of development, states of mind, types of psychology, and stages of development. It uses interior and exterior, individual and collective perspectives. Perspectives are an important part of Lambent methodology and Integral studies provide some very useful ones.<\/p><p>\u2022 Inner Game and Co active coaching. The Inner game methodology was very important in the development of coaching. Pioneered by Timothy Gallwey , it focused on defeating your inner opponent to become your best. The method was brought to Europe by Sir John Whitmore . Coactive Coaching is a model originally also developed in the United States, by Laura Whitworth . The four principles are that the client is naturally creative, resourceful and whole, coaching addresses the client\u2019s whole life, the client sets the agenda and the coaching relationship is a partnership. Coactive coaching also places emphasis on the coach\u2019s intuition as a coaching tool.<\/p><p>\u2022 Positive Psychology. This follows Abram Maslow\u2019s ideas of self actualisation. The approach has been used in the United States and developed by Martin Seligman . Positive psychology concentrates on mental well being and researches positive emotions and what people can do to build more of them into their life. Hope and Optimism as character traits are seen as very important. This has led to a school of coaching known as Authentic Happiness Coaching.<\/p><p>\u2022 Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). A system of psychology started by Richard Bandler and John Grinder\u00a0\u00a0 in the United States in the nineteen seventies, and subsequently developed by Robert Dilts , NLP is the study of the structure of subjective experience and studied outstanding communicators to see how they achieved their results. Its focus is reflected in the name, \u2018Neuro\u2019 is the mind, \u2018Linguistic\u2019 is about language and \u2018Programming\u2019 is about sequences of actions to achieve a goal. NLP adopts a pragmatic approach, based on models of excellence, and teaches many important skills and tools used in coaching.<\/p><p>\u2022 Behavioural Coaching. This model focuses on external behaviour rather than inner goals and seeks sustainable measurable changes in behaviour. It is mostly applied in a business context.\u00a0 Lambent methodology recognises the importance of measurable results for individuals; teams and organisations so the impact of coaching can be evaluated from different aspects. Coaching changes thinking and emotions and this leads to behavioural change. Behavioural Coaching has been primarily developed by Perry Zeus and Suzanna Skiffington\u00a0 in Australia<\/p><p>\u2022 Lambent methodology also follows the principles of Evidence based coaching , defined as: \u2018Intelligent and conscientious use of best current knowledge integrated with practitioner expertise in making decisions about how to deliver coaching to individual coaching clients and in <br \/>designing and teaching coach training programs.\u2019<br \/>The designers of Lambent methodology, Andrea Lages and Joseph O\u2019Connor have written two books on Coaching . Their second book, \u2018How Coaching Works \u2019, was nominated for the Financial Times best Business Book of the Year in 2007.<\/p><p>Over 6000 coaches in 60 countries since 2001 using Lambent methodology. Methodology and Structure<\/strong>\"]<\/p><p>Lambent methodology and design follows principles of adult learning (Andragogy):<br \/>\u2022 Adults are autonomous and self-directed. They want to be free to direct their own learning.\u00a0 Trainers need to be like facilitators, and guide participants to their own knowledge rather than supplying them with facts. <br \/>\u2022 Adults need to connect learning to their knowledge and life experience. Adults learn best when their relevant experience and knowledge of the topic is drawn out and utilised and theories and concepts relate to that experience.<br \/>\u2022 Adults are goal-oriented. So trainers need to show participants how the training will help them attain their goals. <br \/>\u2022 Adults need to see learning as applicable to their work or other responsibilities to be of value to them. <br \/>\u2022 Adults are practical, focusing on the aspects of a lesson most useful to them in their work. <br \/>\u2022 Adults need to be respected. <br \/>\u2022 Adult learning follows the Kolb learning cycle\u00a0 of Experience, Reflection, Conceptualisation and Testing.<\/p><p>The structure of the Lambent coaching course and the way it is trained follows these important principles. All our trainers are highly experienced and trained specifically in the Lambent methodology and approach.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>[\/important]<\/p><p>[important title=\"<strong>Executive Coaching<\/strong>\"]<\/p><p>Executive coaching is a very important application of coaching. Coaching executives to make better decisions, work better with teams and clarify their goals and values, is an enormous help and can have great impact on themselves their team and the business. This impact can be measured financially.\u00a0 The focus on coaching executives is to develop their authentic leadership so they can be their best, and develop other leaders in the organisation. There is a balance between the business approach where coaching objectives need to be aligned with organisational and business goals, and coaching the executive as a unique individual, respecting his or her strengths and developing his or her potential.
