Son un medio a trav\u00e9s de los cuales las personas obtienen lo m\u00e1s importante en sus vidas: la felicidad, el poder, la uni\u00f3n familiar, hijos logrados, prestigio, dinero, estabilidad, seguridad, etc. A estos \u00faltimos los llamamos valores, en Coaching, desde una perspectiva muy amplia: lo que la persona valora.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Cuando la persona identifica sus objetivos de mediano y largo plazo en su vida y los valores que los acompa\u00f1an, surge un estado de profunda motivaci\u00f3n interior en el\u00a0 individuo. Un estado de equilibrio som\u00e1tico y coherencia que lo lleva a enfrentar cualquier tipo de obst\u00e1culo, a cambiar conductas y comportamientos, a transformar paradigmas y creencias,\u00a0 a adquirir nuevos h\u00e1bitos que le permitir\u00e1n alcanzar aquello que se ha propuesto.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, el cuerpo tiene su propia inteligencia; ha respondido durante muchos a\u00f1os a mensajes que la mente le ha dado; ha actuado seg\u00fan \u00f3rdenes espec\u00edficas de la mente; ha \u00abPRACTICADO\u00bb actuar de una manera y cuando la mente le da un nuevo mensaje sigue respondiendo al antiguo mensaje. Hay creencias tan arraigadas en ese ser humano que por m\u00e1s que se hacen esfuerzos por que cambie, el cuerpo sigue haci\u00e9ndolo\u00a0 de manera \u00abcoherente\u00bb de acuerdo a las antiguas indicaciones que la mente le ha venido dando. Por eso postulo la frase: \u00abYo soy mis pr\u00e1cticas. Mis pr\u00e1cticas definen el ser que yo soy\u00bb.\u00a0 Por lo tanto, para cambiar necesitamos practicar de manera persistente la nueva conducta, el nuevo h\u00e1bito hasta que se vuelve a generar una nueva coherencia som\u00e1tica de cuerpo, mente, emoci\u00f3n, esp\u00edritu y energ\u00eda en el individuo.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, hay creencias en la mente muy inconscientes para la persona que por m\u00e1s que los niveles de motivaci\u00f3n ante los objetivos y valores sean muy altos, la limitan a actuar de manera diferente. Es preciso ayudar a esa persona a tomar consciencia de la creencia limitante y construir a trav\u00e9s de declaraciones una creencia potenciadora. \u00c9sa es una de las labores m\u00e1s importantes de un coach y de los gerentes que aplican herramientas de Coaching como parte de su desempe\u00f1o directivo.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son las creencias limitantes que un\u00a0 Gerente podr\u00eda tener para no dar m\u00e1s feedback a su gente?<br \/>Aqu\u00ed les presento algunas posibles hip\u00f3tesis:<br \/>1.\u00a0 Para obtener los resultados debo enfocarme en presionar a mi gente<br \/>2. La gente no cambia. Hay que darle \u00f3rdenes e instrucciones claras.<br \/>3. La persona cambia porque tiene claras las sanciones y los premios por alcanzar la meta.<br \/>4. No me digas que la persona no se da cuenta de lo que tiene que cambiar.<br \/>5. Le pago para que me d\u00e9 el resultado. Ya ver\u00e1 qu\u00e9 tiene que hacer, si no lo \u00absaco\u00bb.<br \/>6. Tengo que alcanzar la meta y no tengo tiempo para dar feedback.<br \/>7. Mira la posici\u00f3n gerencial que he alcanzado. Mis jefes nunca me dieron feedback. Eso prueba que no es necesario.<br \/>8. Ya le di suficiente feedback a mi gente. No funciona. No les tengo que decir exactamente qu\u00e9 es lo que tienen que hacer, no?<br \/>9. (pon aqu\u00ed la tuya) &#8230;..<\/p>\n<p>Las conductas en las que un gerente se involucra no responden s\u00f3lo a una claridad de ideas o conceptos desde el entender (mente). Responden a\u00a0 una coherencia entre lo que uno cree y siente que debe hacer, con el sentido de prop\u00f3sito y los valores que nos mueven y con una buena dosis de energ\u00eda. <\/p>\n<p>Lo mismo que le reclamas a tu colaborador, \u00abque cambie\u00bb, es lo que debes reclamarte a t\u00ed mismo\u00a0 frente al feedback. Cambia tus creencias y cambiar\u00e1s el resultado. Tu gente te necesita.
