Como entrenadora oficial de la ICC, Karina Pittini tiene el reto de dar a conocer y posicionar esta disciplina<\/h3>\n
El coaching es una pr\u00e1ctica que despierta cada vez mayor inter\u00e9s en las organizaciones. Hay de distintos tipos: de vida, educacional, ejecutivo, de equipos; y diferentes metodolog\u00edas. La International Coaching Community (ICC) la define como una disciplina que ayuda a las personas a desarrollar todo su potencial para alcanzar los resultados que desean tanto en lo personal como en lo profesional. Impulsar un plan de carrera, mejorar el desempe\u00f1o de un equipo, lanzar un producto o proyecto nuevo, aggiornar el liderazgo o mejorar la\u00a0gesti\u00f3n, son algunas de las principales funciones del coaching corporativo.<\/div>\n

La psic\u00f3loga y coach Karina Pittini Braz fund\u00f3 Human Capital Consulting (HCC) en 2005 junto a su socio Mart\u00edn Lamelas Villamonte. En 2009 comenz\u00f3 a interiorizarse en las pr\u00e1cticas de coaching a trav\u00e9s de la ICC, fundada en Londres en 2001 por Joseph O’Connor y Andrea Lages.Hoy es es una de las 44 entrenadoras oficiales de ICC.<\/p>\n

\u00abEn ICC utilizan la metodolog\u00eda Lambent, que integra muchos modelos en un procedimiento sencillo, pr\u00e1ctico, pragm\u00e1tico y que genera resultados desde el primer momento\u00bb, afirm\u00f3 del m\u00e9todo de coaching del cual HCC es representante exclusivo en Uruguay. Esta metodolog\u00eda es la \u00fanica en Latinoam\u00e9rica y una de las cinco en el mundo en contar con el EQA,\u00a0European Quality Award<\/em>, un sello de calidad que premia los resultados y la \u00e9tica.<\/p>\n

\u00bfC\u00f3mo se trabaja en coaching?<\/h3>\n

El coaching corporativo se lleva adelante en un promedio de 12 sesiones de entre una y dos horas de duraci\u00f3n. Sin embargo, el trabajo de la consultora comienza mucho antes con una investigaci\u00f3n profunda en la que se define qu\u00e9 es lo que quiere la empresa a futuro. Es vital que los directivos se involucren y en general son ellos los que solicitan el programa para uno o m\u00e1s personas a las que quieran desarrollar.<\/p>\n

\u00abNinguna organizaci\u00f3n invierte en alguien a quien no considera valioso\u00bb, expres\u00f3 Pittini.<\/div>\n

En las sesiones se trabaja a trav\u00e9s de la comunicaci\u00f3n y el di\u00e1logo.<\/div>\n

La herramienta utilizada por excelencia son las preguntas \u00abpoderosas\u00bb, es decir, aquellas que generan movimiento, que desestabilizan creencias muy arraigadas y que permiten que la persona o el equipo se oriente.<\/div>\n

Uno de los diferenciales de la metodolog\u00eda de la ICC es que se fijan dimensiones f\u00e1cilmente medibles durante todo el proceso.<\/div>\n

\u00abCuando nosotros iniciamos el trabajo les aseguramos que desde la primera sesi\u00f3n van a notar cambios evidentes. En lo tangible, hoy el coaching tiene entre 1.500 a 4.800% de retorno de la\u00a0inversi\u00f3n\u00bb, asegur\u00f3 la coach.<\/div>\n

La importancia del l\u00edder coach<\/h3>\n
En un contexto en el que muchas\u00a0empresas\u00a0se est\u00e1n preguntando c\u00f3mo captar y mantener a j\u00f3venes talentos, el coaching parece estar llamado a tener un rol esencial. Es que esta herramienta se propone para lograr mayor motivaci\u00f3n y compromiso, mejores resultados y mayor desarrollo profesional, \u00abPara las empresas el coaching es una forma muy clara de mostrar el compromiso con su gente\u00bb, afirm\u00f3 Pittini, quien considera que cada vez m\u00e1s se valora la importancia de esta pr\u00e1ctica y de contar con l\u00edderes que a la vez sean coaches.<\/div>\n

Record\u00f3 c\u00f3mo Google hizo una investigaci\u00f3n interna acerca de qu\u00e9 ten\u00edan sus mejores l\u00edderes y el primer \u00edtem era ser coaches. \u00bfQu\u00e9 implica ser un l\u00edder coach? Entre otras cosas, generar compromiso y valorar al equipo, escuchar, ser flexible, brindar oportunidades de crecimiento y generar un buen clima laboral.<\/div>\n

Mientras que en Uruguay reci\u00e9n se est\u00e1 comenzando a popularizar, en Europa el coaching est\u00e1 ya instalado. \u00abDe acuerdo a un estudio del Instituto de Leadership y Management en 250 multinacionales europeas, el 80% entrena a su l\u00edderes en coaching y el 63% contrata coaches externos para trabajar\u00bb, apunt\u00f3 Pittini. En Uruguay se puede estudiar esta disciplina en Human Capital Consulting y obtener un certificado internacional expedido en Londres por el ICC.<\/div>\n

In my early years of school, one of my favorite subjects was called Moral and Civic Education.<\/strong><\/p>

Depending on when each reader lived his childhood, he will know what I mean.<\/p>

For those who do not know, M.C.E. was a formal and compulsory subject in schools, which was intended to help educate good citizens, who knew their duties and rights.<\/p>

But this goal I only discovered recently, at that time the literal meaning of these words never occurred to me, I simply loved to paint the cartoons of the comic strips, the Brazilian flag, and to talk about the daily facts of my city and country. This was much cooler than decorating the tables or learning about things that had happened and stopped happening hundreds of years before I even existed!<\/p>

The other day, driving back to my house here in London, I watched people cross the street in front of me, and thought\u2026 how do the moral values of a culture or region directly reflect the everyday reality of an entire nation?<\/strong><\/p>

And I\u2019ve thought of all the countries I\u2019ve been to, which are dozens of them, and cultures in general, and how clear it is to understand which are those values established strongly from the cradle, in that culture of which that person did and of which he is a part.<\/p>

An IVH (Human Value Index) survey conducted by the UN (The United Nations) showed that in the opinion of Brazilians, in general, what it is necessary to change in Brazil for quality of life to improve is, first, education, followed by public policy, violence, moral values \u200b\u200band employment. In the State of S\u00e3o Paulo there was a variation in relation to the national opinion, with moral values \u200b\u200bfirst.<\/p>

Most likely, if the same survey were done in England or in any other country, the result would be another.<\/strong><\/p>

And it occurred to me: This applies not only to countries, but also to each of the families and the citizens.<\/p>

If we stop to think, we will see clearly how the values we experience (or not) in our home, influences our life in general.<\/p>

I particularly have two very strong and unshakable values, one is respect, and the other is honesty.<\/p>

I cannot imagine a satisfactorily happy life without the presence of one of these two values.<\/p>

And analyzing my reality, I see how everyone in my house also adopted the same guiding values, just as I adopted the values of the other members of my family.<\/p>

And in that I thought as I watched people cross the street\u2026 in the tranquility I was feeling, standing at the traffic light, with the glass open, and not even thinking about checking the mirror to make sure no one was approaching to rob me. And everyone around them was acting the same way.<\/strong><\/p>

The boy who appeared to be about 10 years of age crossing the street alone, with his school bag, talking on his iPhone, the executive with his backpack, who did not try to disguise the presence of a laptop, and the old man, who walked calmly on the street with his walking stick, not being hit by the other pedestrians, and not bothering to finish crossing quickly, just in case the green light turned red for him.<\/p>

And I realized the main reason for me to love London, is because people and their values, build a nation and (regardless of the weather), build the quality of life they have. (I\u2019m not just referring to London, but mentioning what I observed while thinking about it. Of course, I love Brazil a lot, however, for different reasons.)<\/p>

Our values build our reality, as long as we are congruent with them!<\/p>

After all, what good is it to value education if you\u2019re too lazy to read a book?<\/p>

Or honesty, if you\u2019re happy when you get a little extra change and you don't even consider returning the difference to the cashier?<\/p>
