Un d\u00eda ella decidi\u00f3 algo diferente. \u00abTengo algo positivo para compartir\u00bb, dijo, y sucedi\u00f3 lo inesperado. En forma un\u00e1nime, los asistentes dejaron sus celulares y notebooks, la miraron y le prestaron atenci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Comparti\u00f3 sobre un programa de mejora de\u00a0clima\u00a0laboral que con una colega implementar\u00edan. En ese momento los indicadores eran nefastos y era un problema candente; pero seis meses despu\u00e9s los cambios fueron evidentes. \u00abLas del coaching\u00bb, como las empezaron a llamar,\u00a0lograron generar cambios de actitud en sus colaboradores, sus pares e impactaron a\u00fan m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los objetivos propuestos, alcanzando la atenci\u00f3n al usuario. El mal humor dio paso a la alegr\u00eda, recibieron propuestas de mejora, m\u00e1s empat\u00eda y, en de\ufb01nitiva, una actitud positiva y colaborativa. \u00abLas del coaching\u00bb insisten en que esto fue y es posible desde el desaf\u00edo de un cambio personal, que les implic\u00f3 cambiar su forma de gestionar y liderar.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Personas y organizaciones que no se adaptan a los cambios compraron la idea que \u00e9stos son dif\u00edciles. Los resisten experimentando di\ufb01cultades que \ufb01nalmente pueden implicar dolor y hasta enfermedad. Desencuentros, discusiones, una larga cadena de problemas y en ocasiones una postura de \u00abs\u00e1lvese quien pueda o como pueda\u00bb. Todo esto implica, sin lugar a dudas, un alto costo.<br \/>\nComo \u00ablas del coaching\u00bb, te encontrar\u00e1s con personas que en sus vidas personales y dentro de las organizaciones se quejan, se focalizan en los problemas y hasta parecen disfrutar del sufrimiento. Tienden a mirar a los dem\u00e1s como bene\ufb01ciarios de la suerte y bondades y se comparan en una desventajosa ecuaci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Centrarse en los problemas es una forma de posicionarse con un sinf\u00edn de limitaciones autoimpuestas que de alguna manera justi\ufb01ca el fracaso o al menos, la falta de \u00e9xito \u2013como sea que cada quien lo de\ufb01na.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Ante esto, \u00bfes posible dejar de creernos lo que por muchos lugares y contextos dicen respecto a lo complejo del proceso del cambio?<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Ten\u00e9 en cuenta que no es posible pensar en objetivos y focalizarse en problemas, tal como no es posible gestionar el cambio como oportunidad desde una visi\u00f3n negativa. Al decidir d\u00f3nde colocar nuestro foco de atenci\u00f3n, decidimos c\u00f3mo gestionaremos la situaci\u00f3n, nuestros pensamientos y emociones, a las personas involucradas y el sistema del que se trate. Pensar la\u00a0gesti\u00f3n\u00a0del cambio como problema, coloca la responsabilidad en el afuera \u2013los otros, el mercado\u2013, limita, genera inacci\u00f3n y victimiza. En su lugar gestionar cambios como oportunidades, te empodera y sos protagonista.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>A lo largo de mi pr\u00e1ctica profesional con\ufb01rmo una y otra vez que los cambios son grandes oportunidades, que requieren adaptaci\u00f3n y \ufb02exibilidad en nuestro mundo cambiante. Sabemos desde todos los tiempos que aquellos seres m\u00e1s \ufb02exibles y que logran adaptarse no solo tienen \u00e9xito, sino que son los que sobreviven. \u00a1Nuestro cerebro est\u00e1 preparado para cambiar!Son innumerables son los ejemplos de personas y organizaciones que han sido capaces de transformarse y generar nuevas estrategias, aprovech\u00e1ndose de situaciones inesperadas o no deseadas.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Conocemos en nuestro mercado\u00a0empresas\u00a0exitosas que buscan continuamente nuevas pr\u00e1cticas y procesos, se autode\ufb01nen como organizaciones con estructuras \ufb02exibles que requieren personas capaces de adaptarse y a\u00fan ser generadores de cambios constantes. Estas organizaciones mantienen sus est\u00e1ndares, valores y objetivos, permitiendo y promoviendo cambiar las formas, para lograr ser m\u00e1s \u00e1giles y e\ufb01cientes.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Podr\u00e1s pensar que se requiere m\u00e1s que un chasquido de dedos para entender el cambio como un desaf\u00edo y desde all\u00ed gestionarlo. Es verdad, implica una actitud constructiva, positiva, proactiva, generadora y participativa tambi\u00e9n.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Prob\u00e1lo! La f\u00f3rmula implica que te posiciones ante lo inesperado pregunt\u00e1ndote cu\u00e1l es la oportunidad, qu\u00e9 nuevo o diferente podes hacer para lograr los resultados que te propones. Te vas a dar cuenta que los problemas se convierten en desaf\u00edos y que podes con ellos.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>De\ufb01n\u00ed qu\u00e9 exactamente queres y co-constru\u00ed la visi\u00f3n de futuro. El para qu\u00e9 del cambio y sus bene\ufb01cios \u2013a corto, mediano y largo plazo\u2013 te dar\u00e1n sentido y pondr\u00e1s en el tapete los valores.<br \/>\nDesde el inicio comunicalo con claridad a todo nivel y en todos los canales. Invit\u00e1 a participar en las diversas etapas del proceso a todos los involucrados, as\u00ed adem\u00e1s de sumar aportes, generar\u00e1s adhesi\u00f3n y el tan codiciado compromiso. Empoder\u00e1 a los implicados sea cual sea el rol y la posici\u00f3n, asegur\u00e1te que entiendan, que tengan parte tanto en la soluci\u00f3n, como en la forma de llegar al logro. This was much cooler than decorating the tables or learning about things that had happened and stopped happening hundreds of years before I even existed!<\/p><p><strong>The other day, driving back to my house here in London, I watched people cross the street in front of me, and thought\u2026 how do the moral values of a culture or region directly reflect the everyday reality of an entire nation?<\/strong><\/p><p>And I\u2019ve thought of all the countries I\u2019ve been to, which are dozens of them, and cultures in general, and how clear it is to understand which are those values established strongly from the cradle, in that culture of which that person did and of which he is a part.<\/p><p>An IVH (Human Value Index) survey conducted by the UN (The United Nations) showed that in the opinion of Brazilians, in general, what it is necessary to change in Brazil for quality of life to improve is, first, education, followed by public policy, violence, moral values \u200b\u200band employment. In the State of S\u00e3o Paulo there was a variation in relation to the national opinion, with moral values \u200b\u200bfirst.<\/p><p><strong>Most likely, if the same survey were done in England or in any other country, the result would be another.<\/strong><\/p><p>And it occurred to me: This applies not only to countries, but also to each of the families and the citizens.<\/p><p>If we stop to think, we will see clearly how the values we experience (or not) in our home, influences our life in general.<\/p><p>I particularly have two very strong and unshakable values, one is respect, and the other is honesty.<\/p><p>I cannot imagine a satisfactorily happy life without the presence of one of these two values.<\/p><p>And analyzing my reality, I see how everyone in my house also adopted the same guiding values, just as I adopted the values of the other members of my family.<\/p><p><strong>And in that I thought as I watched people cross the street\u2026 in the tranquility I was feeling, standing at the traffic light, with the glass open, and not even thinking about checking the mirror to make sure no one was approaching to rob me. And everyone around them was acting the same way.<\/strong><\/p><p>The boy who appeared to be about 10 years of age crossing the street alone, with his school bag, talking on his iPhone, the executive with his backpack, who did not try to disguise the presence of a laptop, and the old man, who walked calmly on the street with his walking stick, not being hit by the other pedestrians, and not bothering to finish crossing quickly, just in case the green light turned red for him.<\/p><p>And I realized the main reason for me to love London, is because people and their values, build a nation and (regardless of the weather), build the quality of life they have. (I\u2019m not just referring to London, but mentioning what I observed while thinking about it. Of course, I love Brazil a lot, however, for different reasons.)<\/p><p>Our values build our reality, as long as we are congruent with them!<\/p><p>After all, what good is it to value education if you\u2019re too lazy to read a book?<\/p><p>Or honesty, if you\u2019re happy when you get a little extra change and you don't even consider returning the difference to the cashier?<\/p><p>Returning to Moral and Civic Education, and knowing that it is no longer compulsory in schools, what can each of us do to incorporate it into our routine to contribute to a more moral and civically satisfying society?<\/p>","_et_gb_content_width":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[130],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-60097","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-articulos"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.8 -
