Personas, equipos y organizaciones se benefician al dise\u00f1ar la estrategia para conquistar lo que aspiran. Asociarse al logro y emprender etapas concretas, son necesarias para asegurar el \u00e9xito<\/h3>\n

Pocos d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de \ufb01nalizar un proceso de coaching en una empresa recib\u00ed un mail de su gerenta de Producci\u00f3n: \u201cEste proceso y acompa\u00f1amiento super\u00f3 ampliamente mis expectativas\u00bb. Al principio me sent\u00ed con dudas y con miedo de no poder lograrlo porque realmente sent\u00ed que era un objetivo muy desa\ufb01ante. Semana a semana los avances fueron literalmente explot\u00e1ndome en la cara, eso me dio mucha energ\u00eda y optimismo adem\u00e1s de la posibilidad de acelerar este cambio en m\u00ed y en el equipo de planta. Hoy me siento muy tranquila y \u00a0segura, con herramientas que puedo aplicar y con la con\ufb01anza de haber tenido ya muchas experiencias de \u00e9xito. \u00a0Ahora s\u00e9 que los nuevos desaf\u00edos que me plantee o se presenten \u00a0los voy a poder lograr de una mejor forma para m\u00ed y mi equipo. De todas las situaciones buscar\u00e9 siempre la oportunidad de mejorar y continuar avanzando\u201d.<\/p>\n

Te preguntar\u00e1s si como \u00e9ste, todos los procesos de coaching generan alto impacto y la respuesta es s\u00ed. De todas maneras un proceso de coaching profesional ejecutivo o de equipos, augura el logro de los resultados deseados, alto impacto y retorno. Desde la primera sesi\u00f3n comienzan los cambios que son evidentes para quien participa y para el entorno.<\/div>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 es Coaching?<\/strong><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Algunos dicen que es igual o parecido a la terapia, otros dicen que tiene que ver con consultor\u00eda, asesor\u00eda o capacitaci\u00f3n y algunos llevan adelante la pr\u00e1ctica poniendo el nombre de coaching a algo que nada tiene que ver con esta disciplina.<\/div>\n

Para aclarar esta cuesti\u00f3n te comparto las generalidades de un proceso que en sus bases metodol\u00f3gicas contiene la teor\u00eda sist\u00e9mica, la psicolog\u00eda positiva, psicolog\u00eda humanista, cognitiva y constructivista, la psico neuroling\u00fc\u00edstica, los estudios integrales y la neurociencias que gracias al desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico nos aporta conocimiento real del funcionamiento de nuestro cerebro.<\/div>\n

Nuestro modelo es un esquema integrado de diversos modelos como el coaching co activo, el ontol\u00f3gico, el basado en evidencias, el modelo del juego interior y el\u00a0conductual. \u00a0Integra lo mejor de cada uno de estos modelos y organiza una metodolog\u00eda propia y pragm\u00e1tica que genera resultados.<\/div>\n

El coaching profesional fomenta mayores y mejores desempe\u00f1os, maximiza rendimiento, genera mayor e\ufb01ciencia, implica desarrollo personal, desarrollo de tus talentos e implica actuar seg\u00fan tus prop\u00f3sitos. Es una forma de encaminarte a ser la mejor versi\u00f3n de ti mismo como persona, equipo y organizaci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Cada proceso inicia estableciendo el qu\u00e9. Comenzamos a gestar una relaci\u00f3n de con\ufb01anza que nos permitir\u00e1 avanzar. \u00a0Una vez que conocemos el estado actual, a trav\u00e9s de diversas herramientas nos abocamos a de\ufb01nir el objetivo, que de acuerdo a nuestra experiencia, metodolog\u00eda e investigaciones, quedar\u00e1 establecido una vez que cumpla estrictamente con las siguientes caracter\u00edsticas: sea positivo, operacionalizable, espec\u00ed\ufb01co, realizable y desa\ufb01ante,\u00a0fraccionable y medible, con un tiempo y una evidencia de logro, en la propia \u00e1rea de in\ufb02uencia y con un impacto positivo tanto para la persona como para el entorno.<\/div>\n

Sigue el para qu\u00e9, \u00a0a trav\u00e9s de lo que se establecen los valores, que asociados al objetivo constituyen en s\u00ed mismos la garant\u00eda de \u00e9xito. Quiz\u00e1 estar\u00e1s imaginando que los valores se relacionan con sentido y prop\u00f3sito, \u00a1est\u00e1s en lo cierto!<\/div>\n

Sesi\u00f3n a sesi\u00f3n y a trav\u00e9s de la acci\u00f3n se generan aprendizajes que ser\u00e1n valiosos tanto para el objetivo del proceso como para otras \u00e1reas y aspectos de la persona o equipo participante. \u00a0 En cada proceso nos orientamos desde el presente al futuro, recurriendo al pasado a rescatar aprendizajes y recursos. Paralelamente examinamos las creencias que pueden ser el mayor obst\u00e1culo cuando son limitadoras y las cambiamos. \u00a0Implicar\u00e1 trabajar h\u00e1bitos y dise\u00f1ar estrategias. Las creencias potenciadoras se establecer\u00e1n como nuevos recursos y las reforzaremos.<\/div>\n

En cada sesi\u00f3n se de\ufb01nen acciones y se generan aprendizajes que imponen mayor autoconocimiento, aparecen los famosos insights y la cada vez mayor conciencia; aumentan el compromiso. El empoderamiento est\u00e1 activado y junto con el mismo la responsabilidad que genera mayor libertad.<\/div>\n

El coaching promueve opciones y \ufb02exibilidad tanto para encontrar nuevos caminos, como alternativos, incrementando la creatividad y la innovaci\u00f3n. \u00a0Produce un cambio emocional y cognitivo de estructuras profundas en cada persona que participa.<\/div>\n

Finaliza el proceso cuando est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado en detalle y escrito el \u201cPlan de Acci\u00f3n\u201d que paso a paso, etapa por etapa establece la estrategia, con tiempos, lugares, medidas y evidencias de logro. \u00a0Es una pr\u00e1ctica potente y no en vano es un\u00e1nime escuchar a todos los que transitamos por estos procesos que imponen \u201cun antes y un despu\u00e9s\u201d a nivel personal, laboral y profesional. \u00a1Entramos en un c\u00edrculo virtuoso!<\/div>\n

In my early years of school, one of my favorite subjects was called Moral and Civic Education.<\/strong><\/p>

Depending on when each reader lived his childhood, he will know what I mean.<\/p>

For those who do not know, M.C.E. was a formal and compulsory subject in schools, which was intended to help educate good citizens, who knew their duties and rights.<\/p>

But this goal I only discovered recently, at that time the literal meaning of these words never occurred to me, I simply loved to paint the cartoons of the comic strips, the Brazilian flag, and to talk about the daily facts of my city and country. This was much cooler than decorating the tables or learning about things that had happened and stopped happening hundreds of years before I even existed!<\/p>

The other day, driving back to my house here in London, I watched people cross the street in front of me, and thought\u2026 how do the moral values of a culture or region directly reflect the everyday reality of an entire nation?<\/strong><\/p>

And I\u2019ve thought of all the countries I\u2019ve been to, which are dozens of them, and cultures in general, and how clear it is to understand which are those values established strongly from the cradle, in that culture of which that person did and of which he is a part.<\/p>

An IVH (Human Value Index) survey conducted by the UN (The United Nations) showed that in the opinion of Brazilians, in general, what it is necessary to change in Brazil for quality of life to improve is, first, education, followed by public policy, violence, moral values \u200b\u200band employment. In the State of S\u00e3o Paulo there was a variation in relation to the national opinion, with moral values \u200b\u200bfirst.<\/p>

Most likely, if the same survey were done in England or in any other country, the result would be another.<\/strong><\/p>

And it occurred to me: This applies not only to countries, but also to each of the families and the citizens.<\/p>

If we stop to think, we will see clearly how the values we experience (or not) in our home, influences our life in general.<\/p>

I particularly have two very strong and unshakable values, one is respect, and the other is honesty.<\/p>

I cannot imagine a satisfactorily happy life without the presence of one of these two values.<\/p>

And analyzing my reality, I see how everyone in my house also adopted the same guiding values, just as I adopted the values of the other members of my family.<\/p>

And in that I thought as I watched people cross the street\u2026 in the tranquility I was feeling, standing at the traffic light, with the glass open, and not even thinking about checking the mirror to make sure no one was approaching to rob me. And everyone around them was acting the same way.<\/strong><\/p>

The boy who appeared to be about 10 years of age crossing the street alone, with his school bag, talking on his iPhone, the executive with his backpack, who did not try to disguise the presence of a laptop, and the old man, who walked calmly on the street with his walking stick, not being hit by the other pedestrians, and not bothering to finish crossing quickly, just in case the green light turned red for him.<\/p>

And I realized the main reason for me to love London, is because people and their values, build a nation and (regardless of the weather), build the quality of life they have. (I\u2019m not just referring to London, but mentioning what I observed while thinking about it. Of course, I love Brazil a lot, however, for different reasons.)<\/p>

Our values build our reality, as long as we are congruent with them!<\/p>

After all, what good is it to value education if you\u2019re too lazy to read a book?<\/p>

Or honesty, if you\u2019re happy when you get a little extra change and you don't even consider returning the difference to the cashier?<\/p>
