Desarrollar habilidades de coaching es una necesidad para aquellas personas que lideran.<\/p>\n<p>Desde el a\u00f1o 2008 Google desarrollo el proyecto <em>Oxigeno<\/em>, una investigaci\u00f3n interna con el objetivo de detectar las caracter\u00edsticas comunes y distintivas de sus mejores managers. Las conclusiones evidenciaron 10 aspectos relevantes y compartidos en el siguiente orden:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Es un buen coach<\/li>\n<li>Empodera al equipo y no hace micro-gesti\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Crea un ambiente de equipo inclusivo, mostrando preocupaci\u00f3n por el \u00e9xito y el bienestar<\/li>\n<li>Es productivo y orientado a resultados<\/li>\n<li>Es buen comunicador, escucha y comparte informaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Apoya el desarrollo profesional y analiza el rendimento<\/li>\n<li>Tiene visi\u00f3n clara y estrat\u00e9gica<\/li>\n<li>Tiene habilidades t\u00e9cnicas claves para ayudar y asesorar a su equipo<\/li>\n<li>Colabora<\/li>\n<li>Es fuerte tomador de decisiones<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Sobre este descubrimiento la empresa orienta los planes de carrera y la capacitaci\u00f3n de sus l\u00edderes, la selecci\u00f3n de colaboradores y una cultura abierta y transparente, entre otros aspectos que le permiten a la organizaci\u00f3n obtener cada vez m\u00e1s y mejores resultados, com ingresos superiores de US$ 74.5 mil millones.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfEs este el tipo de liderazgo que te interesa en tu organizaci\u00f3n, en tu propio liderazgo? Si la respuesta es afirmativa y tu aspiraci\u00f3n es conseguir mejores resultados, aunque ya sean buenos. Y si quer\u00e9s liderar y liderarte en el tipo de liderazgo que triunfa hoy y que engalardonar\u00e1 el liderazgo del futuro: \u00e9tico, con orientaci\u00f3n a las personas, compromiso social y medio ambiental, un liderazgo que como los managers de Google logra resultados, cuidando especialmente a las personas, te recomiendo un proceso de coaching ejecutivo y\/o capacitarte en la disciplina.<\/p>\n<p>Retomando los resultados de la investigaci\u00f3n, es importante dejar claro que los aspectos 2 al 10 est\u00e1n contenidos en el\u00a0 primero, por lo que se deduce que lo que destaca a los mejores l\u00edderes de Google es \u201cser un buen coach\u201d.\u00a0 Es un hecho: \u00a1el coaching aporta al liderazgo y lo potencia!<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 distingue a un l\u00edder \u201cbuen coach\u201d?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Es un l\u00edder que invierte en s\u00ed mismo, tiene claros sus valores, sabe para qu\u00e9 est\u00e1 donde est\u00e1, hace que las cosas pasen y fundamentalmente se orienta a empoderar a sus colaboradores para que desarrollen su m\u00e1ximo potencial.<\/p>\n<p>Son l\u00edderes que lideran con el ejemplo, congruente con lo que dicen y hacen, se proponen como modelos generando confianza.<\/p>\n<p>Se comunican en forma eficiente ya que lograron escuchar en forma activa, son excelentes comunicadores a todo nivel, verbal y no verbal. Conocen acerca de la neuroplasticidad que es la capacidad cerebral de recrearse, adaptarse y desarrollarse en forma continua.\u00a0 Utilizan esta y otras capacidades para promover un estilo positivo de pensamiento y tienen la certeza ya que lo h\u00e1 experimentado, que cambiar la forma de pensar, sentir y en consecuencia actuar, genera cambios a nivel neuronal y cerebral, impactando en los resultados.<\/p>\n<p>Es un l\u00edder que se conoce y se dedica a observarse, se ocupa de su auto conocimiento, es consciente de sus fortalezas y sus oportunidades, conoce sus emociones y las gestiona.\u00a0Tiene autocontrol y sabe c\u00f3mo emocionar a sus colaboradores para que desplieguen su creatividad e innoven.<\/p>\n<p>De cada situaci\u00f3n rescata oportunidades y las capitaliza generando e instalando una cultura organizacional de aprendizaje. Es flexible y promueve flexibilidad, sabe que es mejor tener una opci\u00f3n que no tener ninguna y cuantas m\u00e1s mejor.\u00a0 Es inclusivo, invita a co-crear, a construir futuro,\u00a0inspira generando sentido de pertenencia.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1\u00a1Pregunta m\u00e1s que responde!! Y pregunta en forma poderosa, para encontrar\u00a0respuestas poderosas que generan expansi\u00f3n y alta competencia.<\/p>\n<p>Delega y con ello tiene tiempo para gestionar estrat\u00e9gicamente, lo que favorece su visi\u00f3n global del negocio y la orientaci\u00f3n en objetivos y procesos para m\u00e1s y mejores buenos resultados.<\/p>\n<p>Define y se orienta en objetivos y\u00a0valores, da y pide feedback orientado al desarrollo, promueve cambios y aumenta perspectivas.<\/p>\n<p>Liderar con coaching como toda pr\u00e1ctica humana que implica relacionarse con otros requiere ser aprendida y practicada para conseguir la maestr\u00eda y utilizarla en su m\u00e1ximo esplendor. This was much cooler than decorating the tables or learning about things that had happened and stopped happening hundreds of years before I even existed!<\/p><p><strong>The other day, driving back to my house here in London, I watched people cross the street in front of me, and thought\u2026 how do the moral values of a culture or region directly reflect the everyday reality of an entire nation?<\/strong><\/p><p>And I\u2019ve thought of all the countries I\u2019ve been to, which are dozens of them, and cultures in general, and how clear it is to understand which are those values established strongly from the cradle, in that culture of which that person did and of which he is a part.<\/p><p>An IVH (Human Value Index) survey conducted by the UN (The United Nations) showed that in the opinion of Brazilians, in general, what it is necessary to change in Brazil for quality of life to improve is, first, education, followed by public policy, violence, moral values \u200b\u200band employment. In the State of S\u00e3o Paulo there was a variation in relation to the national opinion, with moral values \u200b\u200bfirst.<\/p><p><strong>Most likely, if the same survey were done in England or in any other country, the result would be another.<\/strong><\/p><p>And it occurred to me: This applies not only to countries, but also to each of the families and the citizens.<\/p><p>If we stop to think, we will see clearly how the values we experience (or not) in our home, influences our life in general.<\/p><p>I particularly have two very strong and unshakable values, one is respect, and the other is honesty.<\/p><p>I cannot imagine a satisfactorily happy life without the presence of one of these two values.<\/p><p>And analyzing my reality, I see how everyone in my house also adopted the same guiding values, just as I adopted the values of the other members of my family.<\/p><p><strong>And in that I thought as I watched people cross the street\u2026 in the tranquility I was feeling, standing at the traffic light, with the glass open, and not even thinking about checking the mirror to make sure no one was approaching to rob me. And everyone around them was acting the same way.<\/strong><\/p><p>The boy who appeared to be about 10 years of age crossing the street alone, with his school bag, talking on his iPhone, the executive with his backpack, who did not try to disguise the presence of a laptop, and the old man, who walked calmly on the street with his walking stick, not being hit by the other pedestrians, and not bothering to finish crossing quickly, just in case the green light turned red for him.<\/p><p>And I realized the main reason for me to love London, is because people and their values, build a nation and (regardless of the weather), build the quality of life they have. (I\u2019m not just referring to London, but mentioning what I observed while thinking about it. Of course, I love Brazil a lot, however, for different reasons.)<\/p><p>Our values build our reality, as long as we are congruent with them!<\/p><p>After all, what good is it to value education if you\u2019re too lazy to read a book?<\/p><p>Or honesty, if you\u2019re happy when you get a little extra change and you don't even consider returning the difference to the cashier?<\/p><p>Returning to Moral and Civic Education, and knowing that it is no longer compulsory in schools, what can each of us do to incorporate it into our routine to contribute to a more moral and civically satisfying society?<\/p>","_et_gb_content_width":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[130],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-60744","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-articulos"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.8 -
