Este porcentaje decrece al 43% para aquellas personas que formulan sus objetivos solo mentalmente, afirma el estudio de Gail Matthews, de la Universidad Dominicana de California, y agrega que, establecer objetivos est\u00e1 directamente relacionado con la confianza en uno mismo, la motivaci\u00f3n y la autonom\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, Edwin Lock, de la Universidad de Maryland, y Gary Latham, de la Universidad de Toronto, llevaron a cabo un riguroso an\u00e1lisis a 35 investigaciones emp\u00edricas sobre el establecimiento de objetivos y entre sus hallazgos hacen referencia a los \u201ccuatro mecanismos de las metas\u201d:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Dirigen la atenci\u00f3n y esfuerzo hacia su concreci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Energizan y aportan motivaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Generan persistencia.<\/li>\n<li>Empujan a la acci\u00f3n y conducen a la activaci\u00f3n de conocimientos y estrategias relevantes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Los aspectos implicados en la formulaci\u00f3n de objetivos, seg\u00fan concluyen los estudios:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Metas m\u00e1s desafiantes generan mayor compromiso. Existen factores claves en la generaci\u00f3n de compromiso como que el logro del objetivo sea importante para la persona (incluyendo su impacto), y la propia creencia que alcanzar\u00e1 el objetivo.<\/li>\n<li>El establecimiento de objetivos impacta en la autoeficacia, siendo que las personas con mayor autoeficacia se establecen objetivos m\u00e1s altos, se comprometen m\u00e1s con las metas asignadas y responden positivamente a los comentarios negativos.<\/li>\n<li>Los l\u00edderes pueden aumentar la autoeficacia de sus colaboradores. \u00bfC\u00f3mo? Asegurando la capacitaci\u00f3n adecuada; modelando roles; generando una comunicaci\u00f3n persuasiva que exprese confianza acerca del logro de la meta; y otorgando informaci\u00f3n sobre estrategias que lo faciliten.<\/li>\n<li>Los l\u00edderes que comunican una visi\u00f3n inspiradora y se comportan de manera solidaria aumentan el compromiso, la autoeficacia y las probabilidades de \u00e9xito.<\/li>\n<li>Tareas complejas relacionadas a los objetivos en ocasiones promueven el mejor esfuerzo para desarrollar las mejores estrategias, pero podr\u00eda suceder que se genere ansiedad por el rendimiento y la evaluaci\u00f3n, avanzando de forma poco sistem\u00e1tica y atentando contra la eficiencia. De todas formas, ante esta posibilidad, existe un ant\u00eddoto que es generar sub metas de aprendizaje y dar feedback.<\/li>\n<li>El feedback, es decir la retroalimentacion en s\u00ed misma, es predictor de \u00e9xito al dirigir el progreso para que la persona ajuste sus estrategias de desempe\u00f1o de forma que coincidan con lo requerido para conseguir la meta. Adicionalmente se requiere control del progreso seg\u00fan las etapas definidas en la estrategia.<\/li>\n<li>Objetivos asignados sin explicaci\u00f3n o informaci\u00f3n generan rendimientos significativamente inferiores al de los objetivos establecidos en forma participativa.<\/li>\n<li>Hacer un compromiso p\u00fablico con la meta aumenta el compromiso.<\/li>\n<li>El establecer objetivos impacta en forma positiva en la autoregulaci\u00f3n en el trabajo.<\/li>\n<li>Capacitar en autorregulaci\u00f3n es un predictor de \u00e9xito y genera que las personas se establezcan metas m\u00e1s altas, tengan mayor influencia en sus propios comportamientos y evaluen en forma m\u00e1s positiva las variables relacionadas al logro de sus metas.<\/li>\n<li>Capacitar en comunicaci\u00f3n y dise\u00f1o de objetivo impacta en relacionamiento y desempe\u00f1o. Los hallazgos indicaron que mejorar las habilidades de comunicaci\u00f3n de los supervisores que interactuaban con el sindicato, seis meses despu\u00e9s de la capacitaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica en el establecimiento de objetivos y pr\u00e1ctica mental, aumentaron su autoeficacia, compromiso con los objetivos y habilidades de comunicaci\u00f3n, ingresando al desarrollo de un ciclo de alto rendimiento.<\/li>\n<li>Establecer metas espec\u00edficas y desafiantes, aumenta la productividad y la rentabilidad organizacional.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Las fallas en relaci\u00f3n al establecimiento de metas y objetivos se deben a diversos factores como ser que la medici\u00f3n de desempe\u00f1o no coincida con el objetivo, no dar retroalimentaci\u00f3n, no obtener el compromiso necesario, no medir el progreso, no trasmitir lo necesario, establecer metas de desempe\u00f1o cuando se requieren metas de aprendizaje, no definir metas a corto plazo en entornos de incertidumbre, no incluir niveles suficientes de dificultad o no capacitar.<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed van algunos tips adicionales:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Que el objetivo quede establecido en forma altamente espec\u00edfica.<br \/>\n\u2013 Cre\u00e1 razones suficientemente fuertes para lograrlo.<br \/>\n\u2013 Dise\u00f1\u00e1 un plan completo y detallado.<br \/>\n\u2013 Tom\u00e1 acci\u00f3n inmediata, paso a paso, tarea a tarea.<br \/>\n\u2013 Gestion\u00e1, segu\u00ed y adapt\u00e1 lo necesario durante el progreso.<br \/>\n\u2013 Med\u00ed y obten\u00e9 feedback permanente.<br \/>\n\u2013 Compart\u00ed tu objetivo y el progreso con alguien m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Si ya ten\u00e9s tus objetivos para este 2019, te invito a que profundices en los aspectos mencionados y si todav\u00eda no los escribiste, te invito a que lo hagas.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text admin_label=\u00bb*Karina\u00bb _builder_version=\u00bb3.5.1&#8243;]<\/p>\n<div>\n<div><em>*Directora de\u00a0HCC Uruguay \u2013 Human Capital Consulting &#8211;\u00a0organizaci\u00f3n dedicada a Gesti\u00f3n\u00a0Humana, Gesti\u00f3n Organizacional, Gesti\u00f3n de Negocios, Gesti\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mico \u2013 Financiera y Tributaria.<br \/>\nLicenciada en Psicolog\u00eda, postgraduada en Psicolog\u00eda Cognitiva, postgraduada en Psicolog\u00eda\u00a0de la Conducta y\u00a0Comportamiento, Certi\ufb01cada como Coach Ejecutiva, Certi\ufb01cada como Coach de Equipos, una de las 44 Entrenadoras O\ufb01ciales para el mundo de ICC \u2013 International\u00a0Coaching Community \u2013 Certi\ufb01cada como entrenadora de los programas internacionales\u00a0Lambent. This was much cooler than decorating the tables or learning about things that had happened and stopped happening hundreds of years before I even existed!<\/p><p><strong>The other day, driving back to my house here in London, I watched people cross the street in front of me, and thought\u2026 how do the moral values of a culture or region directly reflect the everyday reality of an entire nation?<\/strong><\/p><p>And I\u2019ve thought of all the countries I\u2019ve been to, which are dozens of them, and cultures in general, and how clear it is to understand which are those values established strongly from the cradle, in that culture of which that person did and of which he is a part.<\/p><p>An IVH (Human Value Index) survey conducted by the UN (The United Nations) showed that in the opinion of Brazilians, in general, what it is necessary to change in Brazil for quality of life to improve is, first, education, followed by public policy, violence, moral values \u200b\u200band employment. In the State of S\u00e3o Paulo there was a variation in relation to the national opinion, with moral values \u200b\u200bfirst.<\/p><p><strong>Most likely, if the same survey were done in England or in any other country, the result would be another.<\/strong><\/p><p>And it occurred to me: This applies not only to countries, but also to each of the families and the citizens.<\/p><p>If we stop to think, we will see clearly how the values we experience (or not) in our home, influences our life in general.<\/p><p>I particularly have two very strong and unshakable values, one is respect, and the other is honesty.<\/p><p>I cannot imagine a satisfactorily happy life without the presence of one of these two values.<\/p><p>And analyzing my reality, I see how everyone in my house also adopted the same guiding values, just as I adopted the values of the other members of my family.<\/p><p><strong>And in that I thought as I watched people cross the street\u2026 in the tranquility I was feeling, standing at the traffic light, with the glass open, and not even thinking about checking the mirror to make sure no one was approaching to rob me. And everyone around them was acting the same way.<\/strong><\/p><p>The boy who appeared to be about 10 years of age crossing the street alone, with his school bag, talking on his iPhone, the executive with his backpack, who did not try to disguise the presence of a laptop, and the old man, who walked calmly on the street with his walking stick, not being hit by the other pedestrians, and not bothering to finish crossing quickly, just in case the green light turned red for him.<\/p><p>And I realized the main reason for me to love London, is because people and their values, build a nation and (regardless of the weather), build the quality of life they have. (I\u2019m not just referring to London, but mentioning what I observed while thinking about it. Of course, I love Brazil a lot, however, for different reasons.)<\/p><p>Our values build our reality, as long as we are congruent with them!<\/p><p>After all, what good is it to value education if you\u2019re too lazy to read a book?<\/p><p>Or honesty, if you\u2019re happy when you get a little extra change and you don't even consider returning the difference to the cashier?<\/p><p>Returning to Moral and Civic Education, and knowing that it is no longer compulsory in schools, what can each of us do to incorporate it into our routine to contribute to a more moral and civically satisfying society?<\/p>","_et_gb_content_width":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[130],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-61261","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-articulos"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.8 -
