Asim\u00edsmo, investigadores de la Cl\u00ednica Mayo revelan que los optimistas tenemos niveles m\u00e1s bajos de enfermedades cardiovasculares, una respuesta inmune mucho m\u00e1s fuerte que los pesimistas y en general una vida m\u00e1s larga y con mejor calidad.<\/p>\n<p>A nivel de las organizaciones, las repercusiones son altamente relevantes, tal como concluye Kim Cameron y sus colegas de la Universidad de Michigan, quienes explican que: \u201cCuando las organizaciones establecen pr\u00e1cticas positivas y virtuosas, logran niveles significativamente m\u00e1s altos de efectividad organizativa, incluyendo el desempe\u00f1o financiero, la satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente y la productividad\u201d. Los datos son contundentes, personas con pensamiento positivo son 30% m\u00e1s creativas, 31% m\u00e1s productivas y 10 veces m\u00e1s comprometidas. Adem\u00e1s, las personas con pensamientos positivos tenemos emociones como alegr\u00eda, diversi\u00f3n, felicidad, serenidad, gratitud e inspiraci\u00f3n, afirma Barbara Fredrickson psic\u00f3loga de la Universidad de Carolina del Norte, investigadora de emociones durante m\u00e1s de 25 a\u00f1os. Por su parte, Jessica Pryce-Jones, autora de Happiness at Work realiz\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n sobre el impacto de la felicidad en la productividad y hall\u00f3 que los participantes que refer\u00edan mayor felicidad tienen un 180% m\u00e1s de energ\u00eda en el trabajo, 108% m\u00e1s comprometidos, 50% m\u00e1s motivados y 50% m\u00e1s productivos<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1La buena noticia es que pensar positivo es entrenable! Se trata de informar, aprender y generar nuevos h\u00e1bitos saludables que impacten en la calidad de los pensamientos y emociones. Es un proceso, de corta duraci\u00f3n y gran impacto.<\/p>\n<p>Travis Bradberry revela en Forbes, tres poderosas maneras de mantenerse positivo:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Separar hechos de ficci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Identificar lo positivo<\/li>\n<li>Agradecer<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Adicionalmente te dejo otras recomendaciones:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Enfocate en las diversas \u00e1reas de tu vida y dise\u00f1\u00e1 al menos un objetivo por cada una. Te invito a que leas El Impacto de establecerse objetivos y cuando los tengas escritos, imaginate que lo lograste. Ponel\u00e9 a esa imagen, sonido, movimiento, aromas, sensaciones y emociones. Una vez que termines preguntate: \u00bfqu\u00e9 har\u00e1s para lograrlo? Kaitlin Hagan, investigador postdoctoral y coautor de estudios sobre optimismo, considera que \u201cFomentar el uso de estas intervenciones podr\u00eda ser una forma innovadora de mejorar la salud en el futuro\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Cuando est\u00e9s con buen estado emocional, escrib\u00ed una lista positiva acerca de vos mismo, acerca de tu entorno, personas, trabajo, etc. Guard\u00e1 estas anotaciones en un lugar de f\u00e1cil y r\u00e1pido acceso y si aparecen dudas o pensamientos negativos, leelas. Es m\u00e1s, el impacto ser\u00e1 mucho mayor si lo lees como rutina cada ma\u00f1ana.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Sonre\u00ed. Est\u00e1 probado que la sonrisa aumenta la actividad cerebral generando endorfinas (hormona de la felicidad) e incrementando tu productividad.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Cada vez que te digas algo negativo, busc\u00e1 la evidencia a favor y contraria. Preguntate c\u00f3mo es tu vida si seguis pensando de esa forma \u00bfQu\u00e9 preferis pensar en lugar de eso? \u00bfC\u00f3mo es tu vida con ese nuevo pensamiento? Identific\u00e1 que sentis al ir respondiendo a cada una de estas preguntas y sentilas en tu cuerpo (record\u00e1 que las emociones se sienten en el cuerpo).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Al despertarte cada ma\u00f1ana dedic\u00e1 unos minutos a dise\u00f1ar c\u00f3mo quer\u00e9s que sea tu d\u00eda y qu\u00e9 exactamente har\u00e1s para que eso pase.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Hac\u00e9 ejercicio f\u00edsico, genera endorfinas que promueven el bienestar f\u00edsico y emocional, as\u00ed como la productividad.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Socializ\u00e1. Encontrate con amigos y gener\u00e1 espacios para divertirte.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Dorm\u00ed entre 7 y 8 horas, respetando una rutina de horarios al acostarte y levantarte.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Record\u00e1 cada noche agradecer lo mejor que te pas\u00f3 en el d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>En la Universidad de California, Davis, realiza una investigaci\u00f3n concluyendo que las personas que trabajan diariamente para cultivar una actitud de gratitud, experimentan un buen estado de \u00e1nimo, altos niveles de energ\u00eda y sustancialmente menos ansiedad debido a los niveles m\u00e1s bajos de cortisol. A su vez, la pr\u00e1ctica del agradecimiento, genera dopamina aumentando tu bienestar y motivandote a la acci\u00f3n. This was much cooler than decorating the tables or learning about things that had happened and stopped happening hundreds of years before I even existed!<\/p><p><strong>The other day, driving back to my house here in London, I watched people cross the street in front of me, and thought\u2026 how do the moral values of a culture or region directly reflect the everyday reality of an entire nation?<\/strong><\/p><p>And I\u2019ve thought of all the countries I\u2019ve been to, which are dozens of them, and cultures in general, and how clear it is to understand which are those values established strongly from the cradle, in that culture of which that person did and of which he is a part.<\/p><p>An IVH (Human Value Index) survey conducted by the UN (The United Nations) showed that in the opinion of Brazilians, in general, what it is necessary to change in Brazil for quality of life to improve is, first, education, followed by public policy, violence, moral values \u200b\u200band employment. In the State of S\u00e3o Paulo there was a variation in relation to the national opinion, with moral values \u200b\u200bfirst.<\/p><p><strong>Most likely, if the same survey were done in England or in any other country, the result would be another.<\/strong><\/p><p>And it occurred to me: This applies not only to countries, but also to each of the families and the citizens.<\/p><p>If we stop to think, we will see clearly how the values we experience (or not) in our home, influences our life in general.<\/p><p>I particularly have two very strong and unshakable values, one is respect, and the other is honesty.<\/p><p>I cannot imagine a satisfactorily happy life without the presence of one of these two values.<\/p><p>And analyzing my reality, I see how everyone in my house also adopted the same guiding values, just as I adopted the values of the other members of my family.<\/p><p><strong>And in that I thought as I watched people cross the street\u2026 in the tranquility I was feeling, standing at the traffic light, with the glass open, and not even thinking about checking the mirror to make sure no one was approaching to rob me. And everyone around them was acting the same way.<\/strong><\/p><p>The boy who appeared to be about 10 years of age crossing the street alone, with his school bag, talking on his iPhone, the executive with his backpack, who did not try to disguise the presence of a laptop, and the old man, who walked calmly on the street with his walking stick, not being hit by the other pedestrians, and not bothering to finish crossing quickly, just in case the green light turned red for him.<\/p><p>And I realized the main reason for me to love London, is because people and their values, build a nation and (regardless of the weather), build the quality of life they have. (I\u2019m not just referring to London, but mentioning what I observed while thinking about it. Of course, I love Brazil a lot, however, for different reasons.)<\/p><p>Our values build our reality, as long as we are congruent with them!<\/p><p>After all, what good is it to value education if you\u2019re too lazy to read a book?<\/p><p>Or honesty, if you\u2019re happy when you get a little extra change and you don't even consider returning the difference to the cashier?<\/p><p>Returning to Moral and Civic Education, and knowing that it is no longer compulsory in schools, what can each of us do to incorporate it into our routine to contribute to a more moral and civically satisfying society?<\/p>","_et_gb_content_width":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[130],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-61287","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-articulos"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.8 -
