Dos palabras contienen la posibilidad de cambio, y ellas son: humildad y congruencia. Solo una persona humilde lograr\u00e1 hacer crecer al otro al punto de ponerse en tal situaci\u00f3n inc\u00f3moda que requiera re inventarse para dar sentido a lo que hace. Y esta es la experiencia de Javier, quien al delegar sus dos mejores proyectos, se qued\u00f3 con una sensaci\u00f3n de vac\u00edo. Es as\u00ed que comenz\u00f3 a percibir y entender que su rol est\u00e1 lejos de la operativa y la microgesti\u00f3n para ser facilitador de desarrollo.<\/p>\n<p>En sus propias palabras, su cambio implic\u00f3:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cayudar a pensar<\/li>\n<li>generar inteligencia colectiva de forma eficiente<\/li>\n<li>acompa\u00f1ar y ayudar a mantener el ritmo<\/li>\n<li>generar un ecosistema de autogesti\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>clarificar conceptos, metas y objetivos<\/li>\n<li>ayudar a encauzar cualquier iniciativa aline\u00e1ndola con los objetivos<\/li>\n<li>establecer un rumbo, no un destino, porque la realidad te lo va a cambiar<\/li>\n<li>buscar equilibrar servicio al cliente con rentabilidad<\/li>\n<li>hacer evolucionar a las personas en la forma de pensar y trabajar\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Estos son algunos de los impactos de transformarse en un l\u00edder coach y por lo tanto en un facilitador de posibilidades infinitas.<\/p>\n<p>Ser l\u00edder coach se trata justamente de gestionar relaciones, resultados, planes, tiempo, intereses, prop\u00f3sitos\u2026 Se trata de ser un entrenado observador y un maestro comunicador, que gestiona y act\u00faa en funci\u00f3n de personas concretas, con valores y congruencia, en un negocio determinado y una situaci\u00f3n de mercado particular.<br \/>\nLos l\u00edderes muchas veces se encuentran con presupuestos desafiantes y mercados complejos que son exigentes y, sin embargo, se sienten retenidos en la operativa sin tiempo para enfocarse en la estrategia y aplicar una visi\u00f3n desapegada y cr\u00edtica.<\/p>\n<p>Esto es lo que logr\u00f3 Javier al retirarse de la operativa y delegar, a\u00fan sintiendo miedo por su posici\u00f3n. Su miedo le implic\u00f3 redise\u00f1arse para \u201cjustificar\u201d su remuneraci\u00f3n, cuando encontr\u00f3 un sentido mucho m\u00e1s profundo.<\/p>\n<p>Un coach acompa\u00f1a para descubrir fortalezas y oportunidades, as\u00ed como patrones de conducta que son desconocidos a la persona.<br \/>\nEmpodera de tal forma que favorece el desarrollo de inteligencia emocional y asertividad.<br \/>\nEnse\u00f1a a \u201cdespegar\u201d y cada acontecimiento tiene un sentido de oportunidad estableciendo una diferencia cr\u00edtica en el desarrollo a largo plazo, aprovechando la energ\u00eda de los valores y las pasiones para guiarnos a un futuro cada vez mejor.<\/p>\n<p>El miedo es un sentimiento inherente al ser humano que nos salvaguarda del peligro, para lo cual nuestro organismo a nivel f\u00edsico y emocional despliega respuestas espec\u00edficas. Cuando el miedo no responde a amenazas concretas, esas respuestas no tienen sentido y si el autoconocimiento forma parte de nuestro repertorio, podremos entender que la reacci\u00f3n de lucha o huida no aplica. Es as\u00ed que podremos generar \u00a8lo nuevo\u00a8. This was much cooler than decorating the tables or learning about things that had happened and stopped happening hundreds of years before I even existed!<\/p><p><strong>The other day, driving back to my house here in London, I watched people cross the street in front of me, and thought\u2026 how do the moral values of a culture or region directly reflect the everyday reality of an entire nation?<\/strong><\/p><p>And I\u2019ve thought of all the countries I\u2019ve been to, which are dozens of them, and cultures in general, and how clear it is to understand which are those values established strongly from the cradle, in that culture of which that person did and of which he is a part.<\/p><p>An IVH (Human Value Index) survey conducted by the UN (The United Nations) showed that in the opinion of Brazilians, in general, what it is necessary to change in Brazil for quality of life to improve is, first, education, followed by public policy, violence, moral values \u200b\u200band employment. In the State of S\u00e3o Paulo there was a variation in relation to the national opinion, with moral values \u200b\u200bfirst.<\/p><p><strong>Most likely, if the same survey were done in England or in any other country, the result would be another.<\/strong><\/p><p>And it occurred to me: This applies not only to countries, but also to each of the families and the citizens.<\/p><p>If we stop to think, we will see clearly how the values we experience (or not) in our home, influences our life in general.<\/p><p>I particularly have two very strong and unshakable values, one is respect, and the other is honesty.<\/p><p>I cannot imagine a satisfactorily happy life without the presence of one of these two values.<\/p><p>And analyzing my reality, I see how everyone in my house also adopted the same guiding values, just as I adopted the values of the other members of my family.<\/p><p><strong>And in that I thought as I watched people cross the street\u2026 in the tranquility I was feeling, standing at the traffic light, with the glass open, and not even thinking about checking the mirror to make sure no one was approaching to rob me. And everyone around them was acting the same way.<\/strong><\/p><p>The boy who appeared to be about 10 years of age crossing the street alone, with his school bag, talking on his iPhone, the executive with his backpack, who did not try to disguise the presence of a laptop, and the old man, who walked calmly on the street with his walking stick, not being hit by the other pedestrians, and not bothering to finish crossing quickly, just in case the green light turned red for him.<\/p><p>And I realized the main reason for me to love London, is because people and their values, build a nation and (regardless of the weather), build the quality of life they have. (I\u2019m not just referring to London, but mentioning what I observed while thinking about it. Of course, I love Brazil a lot, however, for different reasons.)<\/p><p>Our values build our reality, as long as we are congruent with them!<\/p><p>After all, what good is it to value education if you\u2019re too lazy to read a book?<\/p><p>Or honesty, if you\u2019re happy when you get a little extra change and you don't even consider returning the difference to the cashier?<\/p><p>Returning to Moral and Civic Education, and knowing that it is no longer compulsory in schools, what can each of us do to incorporate it into our routine to contribute to a more moral and civically satisfying society?<\/p>","_et_gb_content_width":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[130],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-62075","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-articulos"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.8 -
