Si, \u00a1innovar a\u00fan en momentos de alta adversidad!<\/p>\n<p>En entornos de alta incertidumbre, la seguridad es ant\u00eddoto para mantener resultados positivos, as\u00ed como para asegurar la salud emocional y f\u00edsica. Cuando los entornos no son seguros el cerebro activa respuestas de lucha huida incapacitando el pensamiento sist\u00e9mico y estrat\u00e9gico. Se activan respuestas autom\u00e1ticas aprendidas para protegernos, las cuales podr\u00e1n no ser adecuadas en la situaci\u00f3n actual.<\/p>\n<p>En entornos seguros las personas desplegamos nuestras potencialidades, mantenemos nuestra estabilidad y logramos ser creativos, encontrando nuevas opciones, a\u00fan en momentos de alta demanda.<\/p>\n<p>Un gran motivo por el que los l\u00edderes tienen la responsabilidad de promover seguridad en estos momentos particulares de mercado con entornos inciertos, que est\u00e1n implicando p\u00e9rdida de puestos laborales y hasta cierre de plantas completas. Casi diariamente somos informados de nuevas medidas de empresas que hist\u00f3ricamente daban buenos resultados y aun siendo l\u00edderes en su rubro, hoy est\u00e1n \u201cajustando los cinturones\u201d y reconvirtiendo sus estructuras y negocios, de cara a mantener las compa\u00f1\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>Ante este panorama de alta inseguridad para todos y de alto desaf\u00edo, \u00bfes posible generar seguridad en tus colaboradores?<\/p>\n<p>Laura Delizonna en la Harvard Business Review, revel\u00f3 c\u00f3mo lo logr\u00f3 con \u00e9xito Paul Santagata, Head of Industry de Google:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Abordando el conflicto como si fuera un colaborador en lugar de un enemigo.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s funciona, una vez m\u00e1s, invitar a tus colaboradores a participar, a pensar contigo c\u00f3mo abordar esta situaci\u00f3n altamente compleja. Ten\u00e9 en cuenta que en todos los casos hay beneficios, y preg\u00fantate en cada situaci\u00f3n: \u00bfcu\u00e1l es la oportunidad?<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Hablar de persona a persona, con humanidad.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ten\u00e9 presente y decite a vos mismo que el resto de las personas tienen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201c &#8211; Creencias, perspectivas y opiniones, igual que vos,\n<ul>\n<li>Esperanzas, ansiedades y vulnerabilidades, igual que vos,<\/li>\n<li>Amigos, familiares y quiz\u00e1 ni\u00f1os que los aman, igual que vos,<\/li>\n<li>Quieren sentirse respetadas, valoradas y competentes, igual que vos,<\/li>\n<li>Desean paz, alegr\u00eda y felicidad, igual que vos\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Y posicionado en ese lugar, de humano a humano, avanz\u00e1!<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Anticip\u00e1 reacciones y plane\u00e1 contramovimientos<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Antes de dar cualquier mensaje, ponete en lugar de quien lo va a recibir y dir\u00edgelo de forma que genere una reacci\u00f3n positiva para la persona y el negocio. Te recomiendo que cuides a cada persona, con alto sentido \u00e9tico y de responsabilidad. Dise\u00f1a tus posibles respuestas anticip\u00e1ndote a c\u00f3mo reaccionar\u00e1 tu colaborador. Santagata espec\u00edficamente, se pregunta:<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los puntos principales a transmitir?<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son las tres maneras en que mis oyentes podr\u00e1n responder?<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo responder\u00e9 a cada uno de esos escenarios?\u201d<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Reemplaz\u00e1 la culpa con curiosidad.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Utilizando una postura abierta y dispuesta al aprendizaje, inform\u00e1 datos espec\u00edficos y en forma neutral. Pregunt\u00e1 acerca de los motivos generadores y ped\u00ed a tus colaboradores soluciones. This was much cooler than decorating the tables or learning about things that had happened and stopped happening hundreds of years before I even existed!<\/p><p><strong>The other day, driving back to my house here in London, I watched people cross the street in front of me, and thought\u2026 how do the moral values of a culture or region directly reflect the everyday reality of an entire nation?<\/strong><\/p><p>And I\u2019ve thought of all the countries I\u2019ve been to, which are dozens of them, and cultures in general, and how clear it is to understand which are those values established strongly from the cradle, in that culture of which that person did and of which he is a part.<\/p><p>An IVH (Human Value Index) survey conducted by the UN (The United Nations) showed that in the opinion of Brazilians, in general, what it is necessary to change in Brazil for quality of life to improve is, first, education, followed by public policy, violence, moral values \u200b\u200band employment. In the State of S\u00e3o Paulo there was a variation in relation to the national opinion, with moral values \u200b\u200bfirst.<\/p><p><strong>Most likely, if the same survey were done in England or in any other country, the result would be another.<\/strong><\/p><p>And it occurred to me: This applies not only to countries, but also to each of the families and the citizens.<\/p><p>If we stop to think, we will see clearly how the values we experience (or not) in our home, influences our life in general.<\/p><p>I particularly have two very strong and unshakable values, one is respect, and the other is honesty.<\/p><p>I cannot imagine a satisfactorily happy life without the presence of one of these two values.<\/p><p>And analyzing my reality, I see how everyone in my house also adopted the same guiding values, just as I adopted the values of the other members of my family.<\/p><p><strong>And in that I thought as I watched people cross the street\u2026 in the tranquility I was feeling, standing at the traffic light, with the glass open, and not even thinking about checking the mirror to make sure no one was approaching to rob me. And everyone around them was acting the same way.<\/strong><\/p><p>The boy who appeared to be about 10 years of age crossing the street alone, with his school bag, talking on his iPhone, the executive with his backpack, who did not try to disguise the presence of a laptop, and the old man, who walked calmly on the street with his walking stick, not being hit by the other pedestrians, and not bothering to finish crossing quickly, just in case the green light turned red for him.<\/p><p>And I realized the main reason for me to love London, is because people and their values, build a nation and (regardless of the weather), build the quality of life they have. (I\u2019m not just referring to London, but mentioning what I observed while thinking about it. Of course, I love Brazil a lot, however, for different reasons.)<\/p><p>Our values build our reality, as long as we are congruent with them!<\/p><p>After all, what good is it to value education if you\u2019re too lazy to read a book?<\/p><p>Or honesty, if you\u2019re happy when you get a little extra change and you don't even consider returning the difference to the cashier?<\/p><p>Returning to Moral and Civic Education, and knowing that it is no longer compulsory in schools, what can each of us do to incorporate it into our routine to contribute to a more moral and civically satisfying society?<\/p>","_et_gb_content_width":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[130],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-62124","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-articulos"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.8 -
