Puso foco en sus valores para volver a sentirse feliz y promover que sus colaboradores lo sean &#8211; al menos en lo que al trabajo refer\u00eda-. Se ocup\u00f3 de generar un liderazgo positivo e inspirador orientado hacia la mejor versi\u00f3n de cada integrante de la empresa; instal\u00f3 procesos y mediciones de la felicidad y entendi\u00f3 que los Millenials son quienes est\u00e1n promoviendo este gran cambio de paradigma en el trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>Esta generaci\u00f3n de j\u00f3venes nacidos aproximadamente entre 1983 y el 2000, criticados por su impaciencia, falta de compromiso y de estabilidad, es una generaci\u00f3n que se anima a vivir sus valores, que busca ser fiel a sus objetivos y estilo de vida, que quiere aprender, crecer y desarrollarse, que busca el equilibrio entre vida personal, familiar y laboral y que se enfoca en ser feliz. Apuntan al trabajo colaborativo, necesitan retos y se comprometen con los resultados desafiantes, en organizaciones que se alineen a sus necesidades y valores.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Los Millenials desaf\u00edan el concepto de trabajo y de empresa! Favorecidos por el desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico y como cada generaci\u00f3n, en un contexto hist\u00f3rico y cultural determinado, traen consigo una impronta renovadora.<\/p>\n<p>La propia juventud los anima a desafiar l\u00edmites promoviendo lo que quieren. Y, \u00bfqu\u00e9 m\u00e1s quieren? Flexibilidad, no se trata de cuantas horas sino de lo que logran y da lo mismo que lo hagan en cualquier momento del d\u00eda si al final de cuentas, lo importante est\u00e1 hecho y con calidad. Requieren autonom\u00eda para liberar su creatividad y crecer, adem\u00e1s que &#8211; tal como asegura David &#8211; los Millenials se orientan a un trabajo con sentido, en una empresa que tambi\u00e9n lo tenga.<\/p>\n<p>Los avances tecnol\u00f3gicos que aceleran la comunicaci\u00f3n y los mercados favorecen el despliegue de esta generaci\u00f3n con relaci\u00f3n a la innovaci\u00f3n, dinamismo e informaci\u00f3n. Y quiz\u00e1 favorece la visibilidad de los acontecimientos, enfatizando datos relativos a los Millenials.<\/p>\n<p>Muchas son las investigaciones que revelan algo diferente al decir popular, tal como lo hizo hace unos a\u00f1os IBM Institute for Business Value, cuando public\u00f3 resultados de una investigaci\u00f3n a la que llam\u00f3 \u201cMitos, exageraciones y verdades que incomodan\u201d. En la misma desmiente al menos 5 mitos relativos a los Millenials:<\/p>\n<p>MITO I<\/p>\n<p>Los objetivos profesionales y las expectativas de los Millenials, son diferentes de sus predecesores. Los datos revelaron que tanto los Baby boomers, los X y los Millenials coinciden en sus expectativas referentes a: tener un impacto positivo en su organizaci\u00f3n; ayudar a resolver desaf\u00edos sociales o ambientales y trabajar en un grupo con diversidad.<\/p>\n<p>MITO II<\/p>\n<p>Los Millenials necesitan una aclamaci\u00f3n constante y consideran que todos los integrantes del equipo deben ser premiados. Los datos revelan que los Millenials desean un l\u00edder \u00e9tico, justo y que comparta informaci\u00f3n, por sobre uno que reconozca logros.<\/p>\n<p>MITO III<\/p>\n<p>Los Millenials desean hacer todo en l\u00ednea al ser adictos digitales. Los datos revelan que los Millenials prefieren aprender en diversos formatos presenciales (conferencias, cross training, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>MITO IV<\/p>\n<p>Los Millenials, a diferencia de sus compa\u00f1eros de trabajo mayores, no pueden tomar una decisi\u00f3n sin recibir la opini\u00f3n del resto. This was much cooler than decorating the tables or learning about things that had happened and stopped happening hundreds of years before I even existed!<\/p><p><strong>The other day, driving back to my house here in London, I watched people cross the street in front of me, and thought\u2026 how do the moral values of a culture or region directly reflect the everyday reality of an entire nation?<\/strong><\/p><p>And I\u2019ve thought of all the countries I\u2019ve been to, which are dozens of them, and cultures in general, and how clear it is to understand which are those values established strongly from the cradle, in that culture of which that person did and of which he is a part.<\/p><p>An IVH (Human Value Index) survey conducted by the UN (The United Nations) showed that in the opinion of Brazilians, in general, what it is necessary to change in Brazil for quality of life to improve is, first, education, followed by public policy, violence, moral values \u200b\u200band employment. In the State of S\u00e3o Paulo there was a variation in relation to the national opinion, with moral values \u200b\u200bfirst.<\/p><p><strong>Most likely, if the same survey were done in England or in any other country, the result would be another.<\/strong><\/p><p>And it occurred to me: This applies not only to countries, but also to each of the families and the citizens.<\/p><p>If we stop to think, we will see clearly how the values we experience (or not) in our home, influences our life in general.<\/p><p>I particularly have two very strong and unshakable values, one is respect, and the other is honesty.<\/p><p>I cannot imagine a satisfactorily happy life without the presence of one of these two values.<\/p><p>And analyzing my reality, I see how everyone in my house also adopted the same guiding values, just as I adopted the values of the other members of my family.<\/p><p><strong>And in that I thought as I watched people cross the street\u2026 in the tranquility I was feeling, standing at the traffic light, with the glass open, and not even thinking about checking the mirror to make sure no one was approaching to rob me. And everyone around them was acting the same way.<\/strong><\/p><p>The boy who appeared to be about 10 years of age crossing the street alone, with his school bag, talking on his iPhone, the executive with his backpack, who did not try to disguise the presence of a laptop, and the old man, who walked calmly on the street with his walking stick, not being hit by the other pedestrians, and not bothering to finish crossing quickly, just in case the green light turned red for him.<\/p><p>And I realized the main reason for me to love London, is because people and their values, build a nation and (regardless of the weather), build the quality of life they have. (I\u2019m not just referring to London, but mentioning what I observed while thinking about it. Of course, I love Brazil a lot, however, for different reasons.)<\/p><p>Our values build our reality, as long as we are congruent with them!<\/p><p>After all, what good is it to value education if you\u2019re too lazy to read a book?<\/p><p>Or honesty, if you\u2019re happy when you get a little extra change and you don't even consider returning the difference to the cashier?<\/p><p>Returning to Moral and Civic Education, and knowing that it is no longer compulsory in schools, what can each of us do to incorporate it into our routine to contribute to a more moral and civically satisfying society?<\/p>","_et_gb_content_width":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[130],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-62140","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-articulos"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.8 -
