Ser v\u00edctima o protagonista es tu propia decisi\u00f3n<\/h2>\n

Si aceptas la premisa que \u201ctoda acci\u00f3n tiene un cometido\u201d, el punto es ver m\u00e1s all\u00e1 lo que te est\u00e1 impactando y entender su fundamento<\/h5>\n

En oportunidades el d\u00eda a d\u00eda limita nuestra visi\u00f3n; somos llevados de la nariz por la operativa y olvidamos mirar -tal como observadores- qu\u00e9 sucede en los sistemas globales que integramos. Mirar de manera ampliada nos permite contextualizar qu\u00e9 sucede en un mercado determinado, en una empresa concreta y en este sentido, c\u00f3mo se van dando los acontecimientos. Si aceptas la premisa que \u201ctoda acci\u00f3n tiene un cometido\u201d, el punto es ver m\u00e1s all\u00e1 lo que te est\u00e1 impactando -positivamente o no- y entender su fundamento. A partir de este entendimiento, podes elegir si ser v\u00edctima o protagonista.<\/p>\n

Les comparto dos situaciones. En un caso, estuve reunida con una persona que entendi\u00f3 que la distancia puesta por su jefe era un simple capricho que respond\u00eda de forma inmadura a una decisi\u00f3n de ella.<\/p>\n

Cuando su jefe coment\u00f3 lo sucedido, dej\u00f3 en claro que estaba dolido por lo que entend\u00eda falta de sinceramiento de su colaboradora y en consecuencia tom\u00f3 distancia. Escuchando a cada uno, ambas versiones tienen sentido.<\/p>\n

\u00bfQuien tiene la verdad? Es probable que ninguno ya que a ambos les falta una parte para entender la perspectiva del otro e integrarla a la propia. Cada uno desde su perspectiva e interpretaci\u00f3n, est\u00e1 convencido que est\u00e1 en lo cierto; y la distancia y molestia avanzan.
\nEn el momento en que uno integre el contexto y adem\u00e1s la perspectiva del otro, encontrar\u00e1n valiosa informaci\u00f3n para aportarse mutuamente y construir.<\/p>\n

El impacto que la acumulaci\u00f3n de situaciones de este estilo tienen en el \u00e1rea no es positivo para la organizaci\u00f3n. Como en cada situaci\u00f3n, las perspectivas son tantas como personas involucradas.<\/p>\n

La otra situaci\u00f3n refiere a un colaborador que se queja que no le avisaron lo que se le comunicar\u00eda a su cliente. Entonces su l\u00edder se siente indignado: \u00bfC\u00f3mo plantea esto, si estuvo en cada paso del proceso? El enojo para ambos dur\u00f3 varios d\u00edas despu\u00e9s del suceso. Imagino que recordar\u00e1s situaciones similares, donde podr\u00e1s distinguir qu\u00e9 postura asumiste.<\/p>\n

C\u00f3mo v\u00edctima, podr\u00e1s quejarte y tu frustraci\u00f3n te dejar\u00e1 en un estado de menos recursos y lo que es peor, sin poder hacer nada para cambiarlo. Las cosas te llegan y es responsabilidad de los otros.<\/p>\n

En cambio, ubicarte como protagonista, te permite ser agente de cambio para ir hacia lo que quer\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Como es cuesti\u00f3n de decisi\u00f3n y elecci\u00f3n, te comparto unos tips que funcionan para valorar la situaci\u00f3n y para que decidas qu\u00e9 opci\u00f3n tomar:
\n– Observ\u00e1 lo que sucede
\n– Contextualiz\u00e1 la situaci\u00f3n
\n– Identific\u00e1 tus pensamientos, tus emociones y creencias.
\n– Valor\u00e1 si esos pensamientos, emociones y creencias te colocan como v\u00edctima o protagonista.
\n– Valor\u00e1 la perspectiva del otro y del sistema del que se trate
\n– Ten\u00e9 claro qu\u00e9 quer\u00e9s
\n– Identific\u00e1 qu\u00e9 pod\u00e9s hacer vos para que pase eso que quer\u00e9s que pase.<\/p>\n

En el contexto actual en que diversas empresas est\u00e1n realizando cambios estructurales, \u00bfQu\u00e9 posici\u00f3n quer\u00e9s asumir? En cada situaci\u00f3n, existen opciones que son oportunidades para elegir nuestro proceso mental y emocional, que determinar\u00e1 lo que hagamos y los resultados que obtengamos.<\/p>\n

Por esto es que, v\u00edctima o protagonista es cuesti\u00f3n de nuestra propia elecci\u00f3n. \u00bfCu\u00e1l es la tuya?<\/p>\n

In my early years of school, one of my favorite subjects was called Moral and Civic Education.<\/strong><\/p>

Depending on when each reader lived his childhood, he will know what I mean.<\/p>

For those who do not know, M.C.E. was a formal and compulsory subject in schools, which was intended to help educate good citizens, who knew their duties and rights.<\/p>

But this goal I only discovered recently, at that time the literal meaning of these words never occurred to me, I simply loved to paint the cartoons of the comic strips, the Brazilian flag, and to talk about the daily facts of my city and country. This was much cooler than decorating the tables or learning about things that had happened and stopped happening hundreds of years before I even existed!<\/p>

The other day, driving back to my house here in London, I watched people cross the street in front of me, and thought\u2026 how do the moral values of a culture or region directly reflect the everyday reality of an entire nation?<\/strong><\/p>

And I\u2019ve thought of all the countries I\u2019ve been to, which are dozens of them, and cultures in general, and how clear it is to understand which are those values established strongly from the cradle, in that culture of which that person did and of which he is a part.<\/p>

An IVH (Human Value Index) survey conducted by the UN (The United Nations) showed that in the opinion of Brazilians, in general, what it is necessary to change in Brazil for quality of life to improve is, first, education, followed by public policy, violence, moral values \u200b\u200band employment. In the State of S\u00e3o Paulo there was a variation in relation to the national opinion, with moral values \u200b\u200bfirst.<\/p>

Most likely, if the same survey were done in England or in any other country, the result would be another.<\/strong><\/p>

And it occurred to me: This applies not only to countries, but also to each of the families and the citizens.<\/p>

If we stop to think, we will see clearly how the values we experience (or not) in our home, influences our life in general.<\/p>

I particularly have two very strong and unshakable values, one is respect, and the other is honesty.<\/p>

I cannot imagine a satisfactorily happy life without the presence of one of these two values.<\/p>

And analyzing my reality, I see how everyone in my house also adopted the same guiding values, just as I adopted the values of the other members of my family.<\/p>

And in that I thought as I watched people cross the street\u2026 in the tranquility I was feeling, standing at the traffic light, with the glass open, and not even thinking about checking the mirror to make sure no one was approaching to rob me. And everyone around them was acting the same way.<\/strong><\/p>

The boy who appeared to be about 10 years of age crossing the street alone, with his school bag, talking on his iPhone, the executive with his backpack, who did not try to disguise the presence of a laptop, and the old man, who walked calmly on the street with his walking stick, not being hit by the other pedestrians, and not bothering to finish crossing quickly, just in case the green light turned red for him.<\/p>

And I realized the main reason for me to love London, is because people and their values, build a nation and (regardless of the weather), build the quality of life they have. (I\u2019m not just referring to London, but mentioning what I observed while thinking about it. Of course, I love Brazil a lot, however, for different reasons.)<\/p>

Our values build our reality, as long as we are congruent with them!<\/p>

After all, what good is it to value education if you\u2019re too lazy to read a book?<\/p>

Or honesty, if you\u2019re happy when you get a little extra change and you don't even consider returning the difference to the cashier?<\/p>
