Muchas organizaciones est\u00e1n acostumbradas a aplicar innovaci\u00f3n como parte de su estrategia, otras se preparan para los cambios, ya que entienden que \u00e9stos, son constantes. Est\u00e1n aquellas que analizan, dise\u00f1an y dan pasos lentos o que se quedan en lo primero y no concretan mucho.<\/p>\n
En todos los casos el covid-19 nos empuj\u00f3 a actuar. Y en eso estamos, nos movimos m\u00e1s o menos r\u00e1pido y activamos, desde el teletrabajo, nuevas formas de liderar, de llegar a los consumidores, de entregar productos y servicios, incorporar nuevas unidades de negocio, generar alianzas, entre otros.<\/p>\n
En muchos casos nos puso a utilizar la tecnolog\u00eda mucho m\u00e1s de lo que lo hac\u00edamos, al menos en la mayor\u00eda de nosotros. Nos abri\u00f3 a un mundo que quiz\u00e1 pens\u00e1bamos que se ven\u00eda dentro de unos a\u00f1os. Se activaron necesidades, se evaluaron recursos y se tomaron decisiones.<\/p>\n
La cuesti\u00f3n es que el d\u00eda despu\u00e9s nos va a encontrar con una situaci\u00f3n diferente y una\u00a0 inc\u00f3gnita. \u00bfVolvemos a la situaci\u00f3n anterior o mantenemos los cambios?<\/p>\n
Hoy muchas empresas cambiaron sus formas de trabajo, algunas con colaboradores en seguro de paro, otras habiendo redise\u00f1ado procesos y todas impactadas en algo que ya las hace diferente. \u00bfY entonces qu\u00e9? Sabemos que la gran mayor\u00eda de las empresas, tendr\u00e1n impactos econ\u00f3micos y financieros. Aquellos con espalda podr\u00e1n actuar m\u00e1s libremente y otros tendr\u00e1n que tomar decisiones con menos libertad. En ambos casos, lo que es seguro es que se presentan grandes oportunidades. Para revisar no solo la forma de hacerlo sino el negocio en s\u00ed mismo.<\/p>\n
Entre tantos cambios, los l\u00edderes est\u00e1n siendo muy desafiados. Y la forma de ser y hacer de cada l\u00edder, queda m\u00e1s evidente. Es claro que est\u00e1n los que logran mantener a sus equipos y aquellos que necesitan poner una y otra medida de control porque no han generado una relaci\u00f3n ni de confianza ni de responsabilidad. De todas formas, estamos ante una oportunidad para los primeros y tambi\u00e9n para los segundos. Es un buen momento de promover un liderazgo diferente. Ten\u00e9s la oportunidad de tomar el tim\u00f3n y llegar a buen puerto. As\u00ed como aquellos presidentes que logren actuar acertada y asertivamente. Vos como ellos, podr\u00e1s recibir el apoyo y el agradecimiento por tu gesti\u00f3n y lo que es m\u00e1s importante todav\u00eda, podr\u00e1s lograr mejores resultados de los que alguna vez imaginaste. Tiempo de crisis, tiempo de oportunidades.<\/p>\n
\u00bfQu\u00e9 podes hacer como l\u00edder?
\n\u00b7 Interesate en cada persona, asegur\u00e1 la salud y cuid\u00e1 la econom\u00eda.
\n\u00b7 Gestion\u00e1 el miedo y ofrec\u00e9 seguridad. Claro, en la medida de lo que sea real.
\n\u00b7 Lider\u00e1 por objetivos y para ellos estableci\u00e9ndolos muy claros y por escrito mejor.
\n\u00b7 Acord\u00e1 un est\u00e1ndar y un tiempo.
\n\u00b7 Acord\u00e1 KPI’s.
\n\u00b7 Invit\u00e1 a cada colaborador a que dise\u00f1e c\u00f3mo lo lograr\u00e1, es decir qu\u00e9 estrategias usar\u00e1, qu\u00e9 concretamente estar\u00e1 haciendo.
\n\u00b7 Ped\u00ed con claridad lo que necesitas.
\n\u00b7 Si es un trabajo de equipo, explicit\u00e1 con que otros actores es importante que se comparta el proceso.
\n\u00b7 S\u00e9 el modelo, de cada cosa y estilo que pidas. En momentos de crisis m\u00e1s que nunca es necesario que seas congruente.
\n\u00b7 Acompa\u00f1\u00e1 a cada colaborador de cerca, escuch\u00e1 m\u00e1s, habl\u00e1 menos, y escuch\u00e1 m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las palabras. Observ\u00e1 atentamente cada mensaje.
\n\u00b7 Comunicate y comunic\u00e1 lo relevante a cada uno, del presente y al futuro.
\n\u00b7 Explicit\u00e1 el para qu\u00e9 y hacia d\u00f3nde.
\n\u00b7 Gestion\u00e1 emociones y compart\u00ed tambi\u00e9n las tuyas. Acercate m\u00e1s, de persona a persona.
\n\u00b7 Da feedback especifico y sustentado en hechos. Y adem\u00e1s, orientado al futuro.
\n\u00b7 Motiv\u00e1, motiv\u00e1 y motiv\u00e1.
\n\u00b7 Tom\u00e1 decisiones r\u00e1pidas, estrat\u00e9gicas y basadas en tu negocio al futuro.
\n\u00b7 Ayud\u00e1 a que tus colaboradores comprendan que est\u00e1s en el tim\u00f3n y que sin ellos no podr\u00edas llegar a ning\u00fan lado. Te necesitan y los necesit\u00e1s.
\n\u00b7 A la empat\u00eda agregale inteligencia emocional completa.
\n\u00b7 El covid te inst\u00f3 a innovar, ahora mantenela y and\u00e1 por m\u00e1s.
\n\u00b7 S\u00e9 firme y flexible.
\n\u00b7 Dise\u00f1\u00e1 todos los escenarios posibles para el dia despu\u00e9s, con los m\u00e1ximos detalles. Y en base a cada uno, dise\u00f1\u00e1 estrategias y para cada una, planes de contingencia. Eso te aportar\u00e1 para las decisiones de la transici\u00f3n y del d\u00eda despu\u00e9s.
\n\u00b7 Cuidate vos mismo porque para vos tambi\u00e9n es un tiempo de incertidumbres, cambios y muchos desaf\u00edos.<\/p>\n
\u00bfAlgo m\u00e1s? Si: empoder\u00e1, deleg\u00e1 todo lo que te sea posible, aprovech\u00e1 la oportunidad para promover y desarrollar a otros. \u00a1S\u00e9 un coach con todas las letras!<\/p>\n
Recordemos, qu\u00e9 estabamos so\u00f1ando, planificando y haciendo cuando nos lleg\u00f3 la noticia que el virus estaba en nuestro pa\u00eds, y de pronto activamos protocolos, nos preparamos tecnol\u00f3gicamente y empezamos a aprender a vivir diferente.<\/p>\n
Muchos de los objetivos y proyectos que ten\u00edas siguieron y otros quiz\u00e1 quedaron postergados. Despu\u00e9s de unos cuantos d\u00edas en una nueva situaci\u00f3n, nos vamos acomodando y es momento de retomar eso que sostenemos como importante. Es un momento para capitalizar y mejorar.<\/p>\n
Utilicemos bien el tiempo, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de nuestros trabajos, profesiones, posiciones. Estamos ante una nueva oportunidad de mirarnos a nosotros mismos para revalorizarnos y priorizar. Te recuerdo: hoy implica las decisiones que tomaste ayer, el ma\u00f1ana implicar\u00e1 las que tomes hoy.<\/p>\n

This was much cooler than decorating the tables or learning about things that had happened and stopped happening hundreds of years before I even existed!<\/p> The other day, driving back to my house here in London, I watched people cross the street in front of me, and thought\u2026 how do the moral values of a culture or region directly reflect the everyday reality of an entire nation?<\/strong><\/p> And I\u2019ve thought of all the countries I\u2019ve been to, which are dozens of them, and cultures in general, and how clear it is to understand which are those values established strongly from the cradle, in that culture of which that person did and of which he is a part.<\/p> An IVH (Human Value Index) survey conducted by the UN (The United Nations) showed that in the opinion of Brazilians, in general, what it is necessary to change in Brazil for quality of life to improve is, first, education, followed by public policy, violence, moral values \u200b\u200band employment. In the State of S\u00e3o Paulo there was a variation in relation to the national opinion, with moral values \u200b\u200bfirst.<\/p> Most likely, if the same survey were done in England or in any other country, the result would be another.<\/strong><\/p> And it occurred to me: This applies not only to countries, but also to each of the families and the citizens.<\/p> If we stop to think, we will see clearly how the values we experience (or not) in our home, influences our life in general.<\/p> I particularly have two very strong and unshakable values, one is respect, and the other is honesty.<\/p> I cannot imagine a satisfactorily happy life without the presence of one of these two values.<\/p> And analyzing my reality, I see how everyone in my house also adopted the same guiding values, just as I adopted the values of the other members of my family.<\/p> And in that I thought as I watched people cross the street\u2026 in the tranquility I was feeling, standing at the traffic light, with the glass open, and not even thinking about checking the mirror to make sure no one was approaching to rob me. And everyone around them was acting the same way.<\/strong><\/p> The boy who appeared to be about 10 years of age crossing the street alone, with his school bag, talking on his iPhone, the executive with his backpack, who did not try to disguise the presence of a laptop, and the old man, who walked calmly on the street with his walking stick, not being hit by the other pedestrians, and not bothering to finish crossing quickly, just in case the green light turned red for him.<\/p> And I realized the main reason for me to love London, is because people and their values, build a nation and (regardless of the weather), build the quality of life they have. (I\u2019m not just referring to London, but mentioning what I observed while thinking about it. Of course, I love Brazil a lot, however, for different reasons.)<\/p> Our values build our reality, as long as we are congruent with them!<\/p> After all, what good is it to value education if you\u2019re too lazy to read a book?<\/p> Or honesty, if you\u2019re happy when you get a little extra change and you don't even consider returning the difference to the cashier?<\/p> Returning to Moral and Civic Education, and knowing that it is no longer compulsory in schools, what can each of us do to incorporate it into our routine to contribute to a more moral and civically satisfying society?<\/p>","_et_gb_content_width":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[130],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-64845","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-articulos"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"\n
