Quiz\u00e1 por eso, es una necesidad de larga data, identificada por las organizaciones.<\/h5>\n<p>El home office pone nuevos desaf\u00edos sobre la mesa, ya sea como pr\u00e1ctica al 100% o en aquellos casos que funciona alternando en una semi presencialidad. Lo cierto es que el desempe\u00f1o de cada persona sea cual sea su rol, se hace m\u00e1s evidente. Es una pr\u00e1ctica que trae oportunidades para fortalecer o recalcular.<br \/>\nLo que funcionaba bien sigue igual y a\u00fan mejor, as\u00ed como lo que a\u00fan era una oportunidad de desarrollo, se ha profundizado como tal. De alguna manera se expone nuestra forma de hacer<br \/>\ny sus resultados. Tanto si sos bueno liderando, como si necesitas trabajar en ello, esta situaci\u00f3n te lo har\u00e1 saber.<\/p>\n<p>El trabajo en casa, trae beneficios como una reducci\u00f3n de costos significativa para la empresa y tambi\u00e9n para los colaboradores. Se instala como ventaja competitiva. Asimismo, la flexiblidad trae aparejada mayor productividad a nivel global. Regus asegura que el 68% de empresas con entornos flexibles refieren mayores ingresos.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se da este resultado? Cuando los colaboradores logran articular su vida personal con el trabajo y desarrollar actividades que en entornos de horarios r\u00edgido no les es posible, logran una mejor calidad de vida. El aumentar su bienestar, conlleva mayor productividad, mayor creatividad e innovaci\u00f3n, asi como una notoria disminuci\u00f3n de la tasa de deserci\u00f3n. Esto no se instala de un d\u00eda para el otro, requiere de un proceso con su respectiva curva de aprendizaje y de un l\u00edder real.<br \/>\nL\u00edderes reales que articulan el negocio, las personas y los resultados. Se enfocan m\u00e1s en gestionar que en actividades operativas. Estas \u00faltimas sabemos que son necesarias y llevan tiempo, por eso delegar se hace cada vez m\u00e1s necesario y alejarse del riesgo de la microgesti\u00f3n. Este l\u00edder real, invierte su tiempo en promover pr\u00e1cticas que favorezcan la productividad. \u00bfEn qu\u00e9 tendr\u00e1 que enfocarse para lograr equipos y personas productivas en entornos remotos?<\/p>\n<p>Primero que todo en la comunicaci\u00f3n, entendida como combustible de alto octanaje. Esta debe ser constante y de calidad. Para lograrlo recomendamos mantener varias reuniones semanales, de corta duraci\u00f3n y con agenda pre establecida. De esta forma se asegura la coordinaci\u00f3n y la participaci\u00f3n. Favorece que cada persona se organice en sus tiempos y tenga una elaboraci\u00f3n previa de cada tema a tratar. Sin duda, se aumentar\u00e1 la eficiencia y las actividades colaborativas.<\/p>\n<p>Para lograr comunicaci\u00f3n de calidad en entornos remotos, se requieren herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas que funcionen. Existen muchas aplicaciones -desde chats, redes sociales, pizarras digitales, entre otros- que facilitan reuniones din\u00e1micas e interactivas. Es importante asegurar buenas conexiones y dispositivos adecuados, para cada miembro del equipo. \u00bfPara<br \/>\nqu\u00e9? Para realizar videoconferencias o videollamadas. No es lo mismo solo llamadas, las primeras favorecen cercan\u00eda y foco.<br \/>\nEstablecer objetivos acordados con un plazo determinado, tanto a largo, mediano o corto, es algo de lo que venimos hablando mucho.<\/p>\n<p>En entornos remotos es indispensable esta pr\u00e1ctica. As\u00ed como lo es promover el establecimiento conjunto de indicadores, con sus respectivos plazos y frecuencias de monitoreo. Nuestra recomendaci\u00f3n es que tengamos un seguimiento frecuente, del cual se haga cargo cada colaborador. Podemos utilizar minutas de reuni\u00f3n, donde queden registrados responsables y est\u00e1ndares esperados. Figurar\u00e1 quien hace qu\u00e9, con qui\u00e9n, en qu\u00e9 plazo y cu\u00e1les son los resultados que se esperan. Todo esto sin olvidar que es importante promover autonom\u00eda y confianza, en contraposici\u00f3n al control. As\u00ed cada persona aumentar\u00e1 su sentido de responsabilidad y compromiso.<\/p>\n<p>Es cierto que algunas personas son m\u00e1s o menos organizadas as\u00ed que asegurar la disciplina permitir\u00e1 cumplir objetivos. Para esto, se hacen claves la organizaci\u00f3n del tiempo y la disponibilidad de recursos. Si mantenemos objetivos claros y una agenda organizada, disminuimos las m\u00faltiples llamadas, mails y mensajes, que est\u00e1n generando tanto desborde, hasta cierto estr\u00e9s y un sentido de p\u00e9rdida de tiempo e ineficiencias. Asegurate de atender lo importante sin descuidar lo pendiente y lo urgente. Balanceando el tiempo y la energ\u00eda para detectar oportunidades y lograr avances estrat\u00e9gicos.<\/p>\n<p>Adicional a las reuniones con el equipo, es importante que el l\u00edder mantenga conversaciones uno a uno con sus colaboradores. Tambi\u00e9n en formato de video llamada y con una frecuencia quincenal o al menos mensual. Recordemos que adem\u00e1s de gestionar avances y resultados, es importante la gesti\u00f3n de las emociones. Mucho m\u00e1s en entornos de alta incertidumbre como la que estamos viviendo. \u00bfpara qu\u00e9 estas reuniones? Para saber c\u00f3mo est\u00e1n, qu\u00e9 necesitan, c\u00f3mo lo logran juntos y qu\u00e9 est\u00e1n dispuestos a hacer para lograrlo, entre otras preguntas que sean pertinentes en cada caso particular. Es un momento para dar feedback y medir resultados en funci\u00f3n de los objetivos e indicadores establecidos y acordados. Esta pr\u00e1ctica que tambi\u00e9n aporta en la cercan\u00eda, promueve visi\u00f3n com\u00fan y pr\u00e1cticas colaborativas.<\/p>\n<p>Establecer procesos claros provee de estructura y direcci\u00f3n para que las cosas pasen. Cada jefe, cada l\u00edder desde el conocimiento de su \u00e1rea y disponiendo de un espacio de pensamiento y an\u00e1lisis estrat\u00e9gico, podr\u00e1 proponer mejores pr\u00e1cticas para el momento y para lo que se viene. Mucho m\u00e1s si integra la mirada de sus colaboradores y sus propuestas de mejora.<\/p>\n<p>Si ya lograste lo anterior podr\u00edas proponer actividades como cross meetings -reuniones entre \u00e1reas-. Favorecer\u00e1s la sinergia y el conocimiento compartido, la interacci\u00f3n y el trabajo en equipo. Record\u00e1 que un equipo exitoso articula el trabajo y las relaciones, logrando un equilibrio entre ambas.<\/p>\n<p>En est\u00e1 l\u00ednea, \u00bfqu\u00e9 tal una pr\u00e1ctica de reuniones al estilo, nos tomamos un caf\u00e9? Tan reducido o amplio seg\u00fan sea la oportunidad, es una forma de intercambiar vivencias, en un entorno que permita eso que pasaba en la cocina o en el almuerzo compartido.<br \/>\nActivando estas pr\u00e1cticas no solo mejorar\u00e1s los resultados actuales sino que estar\u00e1s creando un equipo de verdad.<br \/>\nEstamos llamados a adaptarnos a la nueva normalidad y tenemos que hacer cosas diferentes. Integrar el modelo digital como nuevo paradigma es algo que viene desde antes del COVID-19. Son muchas las empresas y empresarios que lo est\u00e1n haciendo. This was much cooler than decorating the tables or learning about things that had happened and stopped happening hundreds of years before I even existed!<\/p><p><strong>The other day, driving back to my house here in London, I watched people cross the street in front of me, and thought\u2026 how do the moral values of a culture or region directly reflect the everyday reality of an entire nation?<\/strong><\/p><p>And I\u2019ve thought of all the countries I\u2019ve been to, which are dozens of them, and cultures in general, and how clear it is to understand which are those values established strongly from the cradle, in that culture of which that person did and of which he is a part.<\/p><p>An IVH (Human Value Index) survey conducted by the UN (The United Nations) showed that in the opinion of Brazilians, in general, what it is necessary to change in Brazil for quality of life to improve is, first, education, followed by public policy, violence, moral values \u200b\u200band employment. In the State of S\u00e3o Paulo there was a variation in relation to the national opinion, with moral values \u200b\u200bfirst.<\/p><p><strong>Most likely, if the same survey were done in England or in any other country, the result would be another.<\/strong><\/p><p>And it occurred to me: This applies not only to countries, but also to each of the families and the citizens.<\/p><p>If we stop to think, we will see clearly how the values we experience (or not) in our home, influences our life in general.<\/p><p>I particularly have two very strong and unshakable values, one is respect, and the other is honesty.<\/p><p>I cannot imagine a satisfactorily happy life without the presence of one of these two values.<\/p><p>And analyzing my reality, I see how everyone in my house also adopted the same guiding values, just as I adopted the values of the other members of my family.<\/p><p><strong>And in that I thought as I watched people cross the street\u2026 in the tranquility I was feeling, standing at the traffic light, with the glass open, and not even thinking about checking the mirror to make sure no one was approaching to rob me. And everyone around them was acting the same way.<\/strong><\/p><p>The boy who appeared to be about 10 years of age crossing the street alone, with his school bag, talking on his iPhone, the executive with his backpack, who did not try to disguise the presence of a laptop, and the old man, who walked calmly on the street with his walking stick, not being hit by the other pedestrians, and not bothering to finish crossing quickly, just in case the green light turned red for him.<\/p><p>And I realized the main reason for me to love London, is because people and their values, build a nation and (regardless of the weather), build the quality of life they have. (I\u2019m not just referring to London, but mentioning what I observed while thinking about it. Of course, I love Brazil a lot, however, for different reasons.)<\/p><p>Our values build our reality, as long as we are congruent with them!<\/p><p>After all, what good is it to value education if you\u2019re too lazy to read a book?<\/p><p>Or honesty, if you\u2019re happy when you get a little extra change and you don't even consider returning the difference to the cashier?<\/p><p>Returning to Moral and Civic Education, and knowing that it is no longer compulsory in schools, what can each of us do to incorporate it into our routine to contribute to a more moral and civically satisfying society?<\/p>","_et_gb_content_width":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[130],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-64879","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-articulos"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.8 -
