Las empresas est\u00e1n viendo que<strong> hoy m\u00e1s que un profesional \u201cesforzado\u201d necesitan de uno \u00a0\u201cen su m\u00e1ximo potencial\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy no estamos en general solo ante la necesidad de hacer m\u00e1s horas o trabajar el doble de r\u00e1pido, sino que <strong>necesitamos continuas mejoras cualitativas que permitan hacer hoy lo que ayer parec\u00eda imposible<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Si imagino una persona trabajando con toda su voluntad en aquello que le han dicho que tiene que hacer, no puedo evitar pensar que estamos hablando de un modelo caduco. <strong>Esa persona conseguir\u00e1 mejores soluciones que las que ella misma imagina si <em>se apropia<\/em> <em>de su puesto de trabajo<\/em> para conseguir su mejor versi\u00f3n<\/strong>, si se convierte en un emprendedor dentro de su propia empresa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo apoderarte de tu puesto de trabajo para conseguir tu mejor versi\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1. \u00bfQu\u00e9 hago yo aqu\u00ed?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-727 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/universos.es\/nuevosite\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/competencia_01-272x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"231\" height=\"255\" \/>Conocer bien el propio puesto lleva a conocer c\u00f3mo conseguir que tus resultados ayuden m\u00e1s a la organizaci\u00f3n y qu\u00e9 pedir para hacer tu trabajo de forma m\u00e1s eficiente. Esto implica:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Conocer <strong>tus funciones<\/strong> y los <strong>resultados<\/strong> que se valorar\u00e1n de tu trabajo, as\u00ed como su influencia en la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Conocer la <strong>organizaci\u00f3n<\/strong> en aquello que influye en el desempe\u00f1o del propio puesto.<\/li>\n<li>Valorar ambas cosas teniendo en cuenta tus <strong>stakeholders<\/strong>: personas o departamentos que te interesa que est\u00e9n satisfechos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. \u00bfQu\u00e9 otras perspectivas me pueden ayudar a mejorar mi forma de trabajar?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-728 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/universos.es\/nuevosite\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/competencia_02-245x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"220\" height=\"270\" \/>La clave del pensamiento de alta calidad es mantener l\u00edneas de pensamiento paralelas con facilidad. El ser humano no lo hace de manera natural sin el entrenamiento necesario\u2026 Es preciso un esfuerzo mental para comenzar a hacerlo:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Tener bien centrada la situaci\u00f3n a mejorar.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Elegir una mejor<\/strong> <strong>perspectiva<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>Pensar plenamente <strong>sumergido<\/strong> en ella<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>La recompensa por hacerlo son soluciones sorprendentes\u2026 y muy rentables para profesional y empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Para conseguir pensar bien escogeremos distintas perspectivas. Por ejemplo la propia perspectiva, la de la otra parte o la de un eventual observador.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n escogeremos diferentes patrones de interpretaci\u00f3n de la situaci\u00f3n. Por ejemplo, \u00bfesta relaci\u00f3n profesional la interpreto como una negociaci\u00f3n, como trabajo en equipo o como una alianza?<\/p>\n<p>Jugar con perspectivas y patrones precisa de liberarse con flexibilidad de <strong>emociones<\/strong> y tambi\u00e9n lo provoca.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfUna clave para conseguir esta flexibilidad emocional? Tener un <strong>prop\u00f3sito<\/strong> claro que te oriente y te motive. Cuanto m\u00e1s lo tengas en mente, m\u00e1s fuerza tendr\u00e1s para gobernar tus emociones.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. \u00bfCu\u00e1nto mejorar\u00eda mi rendimiento si hiciera lo oportuno en cada momento y concentrado al 100%?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-729 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/universos.es\/nuevosite\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/competencia_03-289x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"226\" height=\"235\" \/>Necesitamos de unos h\u00e1bitos de pensamiento saludables, que nos lleven a:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nuestra mejor capacidad de <strong>organizaci\u00f3n. <\/strong>Es muy \u00fatil reservar un espacio diario, semanal y mensual para ello.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fluir<\/strong> con cada tarea, concentrarnos en cada una para conseguir su mayor impacto (por ejemplo, una llamada de tel\u00e9fono mejora enormemente con la actitud adecuada y la concentraci\u00f3n al 100%).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Esto es lo que encontramos en una persona que tiene la cabeza \u201cbien amueblada\u201d. \u00a0Podemos crear un <strong>espacio abierto, bueno y consistente<\/strong> interior en que pensar y sentir con m\u00e1s calidad y con m\u00e1s calidez. En \u00e9l, no seremos siervos de nuestros emo-pensamientos \u00a1la clave es identificar las emociones y pensamientos que ayudan y los que bloquean! Los elegiremos en funci\u00f3n de lo que precisemos en ese momento, para conseguir nuestra mejor versi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Los h\u00e1bitos de pensamiento saludables pueden verse cualitativamente impulsados por pr\u00e1cticas mentales como la meditaci\u00f3n, yoga o similares. La disciplina mental evita la dispersi\u00f3n e impulsa nuestra capacidad de pensar bien.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. \u00bfPara qu\u00e9 quiero dar lo mejor de m\u00ed mismo en este trabajo?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-950 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/universos.es\/nuevosite\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/5-competencias-4-224x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"221\" height=\"296\" \/>No hay nada m\u00e1s poderoso que la <strong>congruencia<\/strong>. Los h\u00e1bitos saludables antes mencionados van m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la parte profesional y requieren de ser compatibles con lo que es m\u00e1s importante para la persona: sus valores e intereses.<\/p>\n<p>Esta lleva a la motivaci\u00f3n de largo alcance, la autorrealizaci\u00f3n o trascendencia. Esta motivaci\u00f3n es necesaria para el m\u00e1ximo rendimiento y es muy superior a la econ\u00f3mica, la de logro, la de reconocimiento o la motivaci\u00f3n de grupo.<\/p>\n<p>Las distintas motivaciones son necesarias y crean un sistema que interact\u00faa mutuamente\u2026 y que necesita tambi\u00e9n de congruencia.<\/p>\n<p>Tu mejor versi\u00f3n vendr\u00e1 de encontrar el \u201cpara qu\u00e9\u201d de tu trabajo. El impacto de esta congruencia es la que podemos ver en el arquetipo de h\u00e9roe\u2026 <strong>todos nuestros recursos se ponen a flor de piel<\/strong> para conseguir algo que nos trasciende.<\/p>\n<p>A veces, para ser consciente de lo que aprecias de la situaci\u00f3n actual es suficiente con preguntarte \u00bfQu\u00e9 echar\u00eda de menos de la vida que llevo hoy si ma\u00f1ana me voy? \u00bfQu\u00e9 le dir\u00eda a una persona que me sustituyera que va a disfrutar en este trabajo?<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. \u00bfC\u00f3mo interact\u00fao de forma eficaz?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-951 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/universos.es\/nuevosite\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/5-competencias-5-257x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"226\" height=\"264\" \/>Todo lo anterior crea una sensaci\u00f3n de armon\u00eda en la persona, que ayuda a la comunicaci\u00f3n. El profesional es as\u00ed capaz de auto-gestionarse y alcanzar su mejor versi\u00f3n\u2026 pero necesita competencias adicionales para asegurarse de que puede interactuar de forma saludable con su entorno.<\/p>\n<p>La capacidad de <strong>escucha<\/strong> consigue:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Obtener informaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las palabras<\/li>\n<li>Hacer que la persona se sienta comprendida, base para lograr su escucha.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cuando hemos logrado abrir el canal bidireccional de la comunicaci\u00f3n, <strong>explicarse<\/strong> de forma transparente y articulada es la clave para la colaboraci\u00f3n generativa.<\/p>\n<p>Dos cuestiones clave, entre muchas otras:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Buscar el momento y lugar apropiado<\/strong>: m\u00e1s o menos informal, tener el tiempo necesario, contextualizar bien, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando se hace una petici\u00f3n o instrucci\u00f3n, debe buscarse que tenga todo el sentido para el oyente. Para ello es preciso <strong>explicar con la suficiente profundidad el problema<\/strong> que se quiere solucionar.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo ayuda el coaching a desarrollar estas cinco competencias?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Durante mi trayectoria como directivo he podido comprobar que <strong>\u00e9stas eran las claves para mi desempe\u00f1o \u00f3ptimo y el de las personas a las que dirig\u00eda<\/strong>. Las competencias t\u00e9cnicas se adquir\u00edan mucho m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente, mientras que estas competencias personales se consegu\u00edan a trav\u00e9s de una cuidada labor de liderazgo y\/o la madurez como profesional y persona.<\/p>\n<p>A pesar de ser cruciales, los departamentos de recursos humanos muy habitualmente no sab\u00edan c\u00f3mo desarrollar estas competencias, y era el propio l\u00edder o el trabajador los que las desarrollaban como buenamente pod\u00edan (pod\u00edamos).<\/p>\n<p>En particular, los cursos de habilidades directivas s\u00f3lo eran aprovechados por aquellos que ya ten\u00edan (o ten\u00edamos) ideas similares en la cabeza.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>coaching<\/strong> individual y de equipos est\u00e1 destinado a cubrir esta laguna por las dos v\u00edas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ayudando a los <strong>l\u00edderes<\/strong> a facilitar eficazmente que las personas desarrollen estas 5 competencias.<\/li>\n<li>Ayudando a <strong>cada persona<\/strong> a desarrollar estas 5 competencias para ser m\u00e1s eficaz (y por tanto, feliz) en su trabajo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El coaching facilita cada una de estas 5 competencias, con una <strong>metodolog\u00eda<\/strong> que acelera nuestro proceso de aprendizaje:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Observaci\u00f3n de lo que te funciona y de lo que no<\/li>\n<li>Ser consciente de nuevas alternativas tras la observaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Poner acci\u00f3n a esa consciencia<\/li>\n<li>Unirla a nuestra motivaci\u00f3n, puesta al descubierto durante el proceso.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Todo ello, acompa\u00f1ado y cuidado por el\/la coach, en un proceso flexible y \u00e1gil.<\/p>\n<p>Solo espero que cada vez m\u00e1s empresas y profesionales puedan descubrir y disfrutar del alto rendimiento y la plenitud que se consigue al desarrollar estas 5 competencias.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text admin_label=\u00bb*Daniel\u00bb _builder_version=\u00bb3.5.1&#8243;]<\/p>\n<div>\n<div><em>*Daniel \u00c1lvarez es licenciado en Econom\u00eda, con especializaci\u00f3n directiva en IESE e Instituto de empresa. This was much cooler than decorating the tables or learning about things that had happened and stopped happening hundreds of years before I even existed!<\/p><p><strong>The other day, driving back to my house here in London, I watched people cross the street in front of me, and thought\u2026 how do the moral values of a culture or region directly reflect the everyday reality of an entire nation?<\/strong><\/p><p>And I\u2019ve thought of all the countries I\u2019ve been to, which are dozens of them, and cultures in general, and how clear it is to understand which are those values established strongly from the cradle, in that culture of which that person did and of which he is a part.<\/p><p>An IVH (Human Value Index) survey conducted by the UN (The United Nations) showed that in the opinion of Brazilians, in general, what it is necessary to change in Brazil for quality of life to improve is, first, education, followed by public policy, violence, moral values \u200b\u200band employment. In the State of S\u00e3o Paulo there was a variation in relation to the national opinion, with moral values \u200b\u200bfirst.<\/p><p><strong>Most likely, if the same survey were done in England or in any other country, the result would be another.<\/strong><\/p><p>And it occurred to me: This applies not only to countries, but also to each of the families and the citizens.<\/p><p>If we stop to think, we will see clearly how the values we experience (or not) in our home, influences our life in general.<\/p><p>I particularly have two very strong and unshakable values, one is respect, and the other is honesty.<\/p><p>I cannot imagine a satisfactorily happy life without the presence of one of these two values.<\/p><p>And analyzing my reality, I see how everyone in my house also adopted the same guiding values, just as I adopted the values of the other members of my family.<\/p><p><strong>And in that I thought as I watched people cross the street\u2026 in the tranquility I was feeling, standing at the traffic light, with the glass open, and not even thinking about checking the mirror to make sure no one was approaching to rob me. And everyone around them was acting the same way.<\/strong><\/p><p>The boy who appeared to be about 10 years of age crossing the street alone, with his school bag, talking on his iPhone, the executive with his backpack, who did not try to disguise the presence of a laptop, and the old man, who walked calmly on the street with his walking stick, not being hit by the other pedestrians, and not bothering to finish crossing quickly, just in case the green light turned red for him.<\/p><p>And I realized the main reason for me to love London, is because people and their values, build a nation and (regardless of the weather), build the quality of life they have. (I\u2019m not just referring to London, but mentioning what I observed while thinking about it. Of course, I love Brazil a lot, however, for different reasons.)<\/p><p>Our values build our reality, as long as we are congruent with them!<\/p><p>After all, what good is it to value education if you\u2019re too lazy to read a book?<\/p><p>Or honesty, if you\u2019re happy when you get a little extra change and you don't even consider returning the difference to the cashier?<\/p><p>Returning to Moral and Civic Education, and knowing that it is no longer compulsory in schools, what can each of us do to incorporate it into our routine to contribute to a more moral and civically satisfying society?<\/p>","_et_gb_content_width":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[130],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-65806","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-articulos"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.8 -
