Hemos entrenado con el modelo del \u201crelato del cambio<\/strong><\/a>\u201d a numerosos l\u00edderes, los cuales han demostrado una y otra vez\u00a0 qu\u00e9 empoderador es para dar el pistoletazo de salida a un proceso de cambio.<\/p>\n

En este art\u00edculo queremos mostrarte\u00a0un ejemplo claro y muy breve de los elementos de los que se compone esta herramienta de storytelling que llamamos el relato del cambio<\/strong>. Se trata del discurso de 1962 en que J.F. Kennedy anunciaba el programa para enviar una misi\u00f3n a la luna\u00a0 (que se culminar\u00eda en 1969).<\/p>\n

\u00bfQUIERES HACERLO T\u00da? ES MUY SENCILLO<\/h3>\n

Puedes preparar tu mensaje\u00a0usando la estructura de un discurso del cambio:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Previo: Crea expectaci\u00f3n:convoca\u00a0a tus interlocutores previamente, anticipando sobre qu\u00e9 les vas a hablar.<\/p>\n

  1. Pasado her\u00f3ico\u00a0<\/strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 puedes contar del pasado del que todos os sint\u00e1is orgullosos? Esto crea acercamiento y hace que deseen escuchar.
    \n\u201cYa hemos logrado volar\u00a0sobre el Atl\u00e1ntico\u201d.\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n
  2. Amenaza com\u00fan:\u00a0<\/strong>Ahora que te has ganado su atenci\u00f3n, explica sin tapujos lo que os debe preocupar a todos,\u00a0en los t\u00e9rminos que todos lo entiendan\u00a0\u00bfC\u00f3mo despertar una emoci\u00f3n favorable?
    \n\u201cPorque este es un desaf\u00edo que estamos dispuestos a tomar\u2026 y los otros tambi\u00e9n\u201d.<\/em><\/li>\n
  3. Desaf\u00edo para todos:\u00a0<\/strong>Explica lo que propones para superar esa amenaza, un desaf\u00edo que motive a todos. Usa im\u00e1genes, explica lo que ver\u00e9is, lo que os contar\u00e9is,\u2026 lo que sentir\u00e9is.     \u00a1EL RELATO DEL CAMBIO PARA LA GESTI\u00d3N DEL CONFLICTO!<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    \"\"A partir de este ejemplo, recapitulemos c\u00f3mo se aplicar\u00eda en el caso de una relaci\u00f3n entre dos personas que se est\u00e1 da\u00f1ando porque una no se da cuenta de que las discusiones est\u00e1n causando mucho dolor a la otra:<\/div>\n

    La persona que sufre puede eludir durante un tiempo afrontar una conversaci\u00f3n para solucionar este conflicto, pero si desea una relaci\u00f3n sana, debe hacerlo. Para ello, puede seguir\u00a0el mismo modelo del \u201crelato del cambio\u201d. Os pongo algunas frases como ejemplo\u00a0<\/strong>de c\u00f3mo se aplicar\u00eda:<\/p>\n

    Crea expectaci\u00f3n:\u00a0<\/strong>convoca\u00a0a la otra persona\u00a0previamente, anticipando sobre qu\u00e9 le quieres\u00a0hablar.<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Pasado her\u00f3ico:<\/strong>
      \n\u201cLlevamos mucho tiempo unidos por vivencias y sentimientos que han sido de los m\u00e1s importantes de mi vida\u201d.<\/em><\/li>\n
    2. Amenaza com\u00fan:\u00a0<\/strong>
      \n\u201cCuando discutimos y no tomamos tiempo para explicarte\u00a0y entenderte bien, me siento frustrado\u201d.<\/em><\/li>\n
    3. Desaf\u00edo para ambos:<\/strong>
      \n\u201cQuiero que cuando hablemos sienta que nos comprendemos de verdad, que deseamos conocer lo que piensa el otro, aunque no estemos de acuerdo. Sentarnos en el sal\u00f3n y dedicarnos tiempo, mirarnos, hablarnos y escucharnos con inter\u00e9s\u2026 Como hac\u00edamos antes.
      \nNo dejar de re\u00edrnos aunque pensemos distinto.       C\u00d3MO EXPRESARTE DE FORMA AUT\u00c9NTICA<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      CUANDO NO TE PUEDES PERMITIR HABLAR POR HABLAR<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n
      \n

      Si tienes que explicar tu proyecto, proponer a tu pareja un cambio de vida, tener una conversaci\u00f3n poderosa con tu hijo o una petici\u00f3n a tu jefe\u2026 Te propongo comunicar desde tu esencia \u00bfC\u00f3mo?<\/p>\n

      En vez de \u201cvender\u201d una idea, nos aseguraremos de que \u00e9sta se entiende con mente, emoci\u00f3n y alma<\/strong>. Transmitir el convencimiento que tenemos en estas tres dimensiones.<\/p>\n

      Esto solo se consigue usando esta t\u00e9cnica milenaria que hoy llamamos \u201cstorytelling\u201d, que es la misma forma natural de transmitir conocimientos y cultura que ha sido utilizada en todas las culturas y que se llamaba \u201ccontar relatos\u201d.<\/p>\n

      Si consigues que la otra persona comprenda y se ponga realmente en tu lugar, ella podr\u00e1 decirte sinceramente lo que le parece, podr\u00e1s adaptar tu propuesta a la realidad y hacerla m\u00e1s sostenible.<\/p>\n

      \u00bfQu\u00e9 efectos logras en la otra persona? No lograr\u00e1s la\u00a0adhesi\u00f3n a corto plazo propia de la venta,\u00a0sino su verdadera\u00a0implicaci\u00f3n. Cuando esa persona\u00a0ha participado en el razonamiento de esa idea, la defender\u00e1 como si fuera suya. En cierto modo, lo es.<\/p>\n

      In my early years of school, one of my favorite subjects was called Moral and Civic Education.<\/strong><\/p>

      Depending on when each reader lived his childhood, he will know what I mean.<\/p>

      For those who do not know, M.C.E. was a formal and compulsory subject in schools, which was intended to help educate good citizens, who knew their duties and rights.<\/p>

      But this goal I only discovered recently, at that time the literal meaning of these words never occurred to me, I simply loved to paint the cartoons of the comic strips, the Brazilian flag, and to talk about the daily facts of my city and country. This was much cooler than decorating the tables or learning about things that had happened and stopped happening hundreds of years before I even existed!<\/p>

      The other day, driving back to my house here in London, I watched people cross the street in front of me, and thought\u2026 how do the moral values of a culture or region directly reflect the everyday reality of an entire nation?<\/strong><\/p>

      And I\u2019ve thought of all the countries I\u2019ve been to, which are dozens of them, and cultures in general, and how clear it is to understand which are those values established strongly from the cradle, in that culture of which that person did and of which he is a part.<\/p>

      An IVH (Human Value Index) survey conducted by the UN (The United Nations) showed that in the opinion of Brazilians, in general, what it is necessary to change in Brazil for quality of life to improve is, first, education, followed by public policy, violence, moral values \u200b\u200band employment. In the State of S\u00e3o Paulo there was a variation in relation to the national opinion, with moral values \u200b\u200bfirst.<\/p>

      Most likely, if the same survey were done in England or in any other country, the result would be another.<\/strong><\/p>

      And it occurred to me: This applies not only to countries, but also to each of the families and the citizens.<\/p>

      If we stop to think, we will see clearly how the values we experience (or not) in our home, influences our life in general.<\/p>

      I particularly have two very strong and unshakable values, one is respect, and the other is honesty.<\/p>

      I cannot imagine a satisfactorily happy life without the presence of one of these two values.<\/p>

      And analyzing my reality, I see how everyone in my house also adopted the same guiding values, just as I adopted the values of the other members of my family.<\/p>

      And in that I thought as I watched people cross the street\u2026 in the tranquility I was feeling, standing at the traffic light, with the glass open, and not even thinking about checking the mirror to make sure no one was approaching to rob me. And everyone around them was acting the same way.<\/strong><\/p>

      The boy who appeared to be about 10 years of age crossing the street alone, with his school bag, talking on his iPhone, the executive with his backpack, who did not try to disguise the presence of a laptop, and the old man, who walked calmly on the street with his walking stick, not being hit by the other pedestrians, and not bothering to finish crossing quickly, just in case the green light turned red for him.<\/p>

      And I realized the main reason for me to love London, is because people and their values, build a nation and (regardless of the weather), build the quality of life they have. (I\u2019m not just referring to London, but mentioning what I observed while thinking about it. Of course, I love Brazil a lot, however, for different reasons.)<\/p>

      Our values build our reality, as long as we are congruent with them!<\/p>

      After all, what good is it to value education if you\u2019re too lazy to read a book?<\/p>

      Or honesty, if you\u2019re happy when you get a little extra change and you don't even consider returning the difference to the cashier?<\/p>
