Las ordenanzas no est\u00e1n claras y cada persona tiene sus intereses y sus razones para defenderlos. Las negociaciones encallan continuamente e incluso surgen conflictos personales\u2026 Y esto es s\u00f3lo un s\u00edntoma de lo que ocurre en general en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Durante un proceso de coaching se hacen conscientes del martirio que supone su d\u00eda a d\u00eda en el hospital. Hay una parte del estr\u00e9s que est\u00e1 provocado por la atenci\u00f3n a pacientes con poca movilidad, pero coinciden en que lo peor es el enrarecido clima que reina entre ellas.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Ese desbloqueo provoca que haya unas primeras medidas y cambios de comportamientos de evidente necesidad para mejorar el trabajo, para \u201csacar el trabajo adelante\u201d. Esto les da una primera sensaci\u00f3n de \u00e9xito.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Toman la responsabilidad de poner los primeros pasos para cambiar el clima y se dan cuenta de que est\u00e1n mal organizadas. Establecen unos criterios consensuados y sensatos y la l\u00edder se hace consciente de su papel de coordinar algunos aspectos clave. Muchos de los puntos de fricci\u00f3n desaparecen.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Tras los primeros cambios surge la esperanza, y tambi\u00e9n comienzan a comunicarse de forma m\u00e1s amable, conscientes de que la relaci\u00f3n es parte de la soluci\u00f3n.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Llega el momento de afrontar las relaciones m\u00e1s conflictivas. El equipo se ha fortalecido, nombra una mediadora y afronta la resoluci\u00f3n de un grave conflicto con el principio \u201cel equipo est\u00e1 por encima de las partes\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>La organizaci\u00f3n y el clima siguen creando un c\u00edrculo virtuoso. Las auxiliares interact\u00faan en el trabajo hospitalario y encuentran la forma de dar su m\u00e1xima expresi\u00f3n al equipo. Todas se dan cuenta de que han recorrido un largo y dif\u00edcil camino que le ha llevado al alto rendimiento del equipo y al bienestar personal.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Una historia de un equipo con final feliz. Este caso se ha dado en la vida real pero, sin duda, a menudo los equipos no acaban tan bien. Quiz\u00e1s el lector ya haya podido ver algunos mecanismos que hacen que se una el equipo, aquellos que provocan que se genere una inteligencia colectiva. Se han tocado una tecla en cada uno de\u00a0los tres cerebros del equipo:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Instinto<\/strong>: consiste en la necesidad de \u201csacar trabajo\u201d, de ser productivos como persona y como equipo. El instinto social les hace tomar las primeras medidas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cerebro social:<\/strong>\u00a0consiste en una organizaci\u00f3n a nivel m\u00e1s profundo de las tareas y funciones. Surge un esp\u00edritu de colaboraci\u00f3n que es la base del orgullo de pertenencia, con el que brota el alma del equipo. Ayuda a que se canalicen mucho mejor los conflictos internos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Intuici\u00f3n<\/strong>: todas las componentes del equipo encuentran la forma de dar su m\u00e1xima expresi\u00f3n en sinton\u00eda, gracias a que la anterior etapa, la del cerebro del equipo, se ha consolidado. La satisfacci\u00f3n que eso supone y los excelentes resultados que provoca acaba creando el equipo de alto rendimiento.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-625 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/universos.es\/nuevosite\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/1-1-300x224.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"508\" height=\"379\" \/>Este ejemplo puede servir como muestra del\u00a0<strong>aspecto evolutivo<\/strong>\u00a0de los tres cerebros:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Los mecanismos del cerebro de intuici\u00f3n no se desarrollan mientras no se ha consolidado el cerebro social.<\/li>\n<li>Los mecanismos del cerebro social no se despliegan mientras no se ha desarrollado el cerebro instintivo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Es por eso que se hace necesario conocer con detalle el proceso de creaci\u00f3n de estas tres fases de la inteligencia colectiva, un terreno f\u00e9rtil y fr\u00e1gil al mismo tiempo, que el l\u00edder y el coach deben trabajar.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00bfEN QU\u00c9 CONSISTE LA INTELIGENCIA COLECTIVA? \u00bfQU\u00c9 ES ESO DE \u201cPENSAR COMO EQUIPO\u201d?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<blockquote><p><em><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-1024 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/universos.es\/nuevosite\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/hormigas-300x215.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"241\" height=\"173\" \/>Somos animales sociales, igual que los monos o las hormigas.\u00a0<strong>El comportamiento de la hormiga no tiene sentido si no lo observas dentro del movimiento del hormiguero.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>De la misma forma, el equipo es una\u00a0<strong>organizaci\u00f3n viva<\/strong>\u00a0con su propia inteligencia colectiva, una inteligencia que es muy superior a la suma de la inteligencia de los individuos que la componen.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>El\u00a0hormiguero solo existe a partir de la sorprendente inteligencia colectiva de las hormigas que lo componen. El comportamiento conjunto es tan preciso que se les llama s\u00faper-organismos.<\/p>\n<p>Igualmente, el comportamiento de los verdaderos jugadores de equipo se orienta a lo que m\u00e1s conviene al equipo. Tienen absolutamente integrado que el equipo les llevar\u00e1 a unos resultados y una satisfacci\u00f3n que jam\u00e1s podr\u00edan conseguir solos.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-623 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/universos.es\/nuevosite\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/1-3-300x279.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"209\" height=\"194\" \/>Tu mano es otro ejemplo de sinergia de las partes del sistema. Si miras tus dedos, podr\u00edas considerarlos independientes. Podr\u00edas pensar que cada dedo act\u00faa seg\u00fan sus propias pautas, pero no es verdad. En realidad,\u00a0<strong>cada dedo se siente mano\u00a0y act\u00faa en armon\u00eda con los dem\u00e1s dedos<\/strong>. Eso ser\u00e1 lo m\u00e1s eficaz para que tanto dedo como mano consigan su mejor versi\u00f3n. Esta es la ley natural.<\/p>\n<p>Puede decirse que la mano existe como unidad a partir de que los dedos armonizan sus movimientos. Sin esa armon\u00eda colectiva, no existir\u00eda\u00a0la mano, no la identificar\u00edamos.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><em>Eso mismo ocurre con el equipo: solo existe a partir de que sus miembros armonizan sus acciones,\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><em>lo cual es fruto de la sensaci\u00f3n de cohesi\u00f3n entre los miembros del mismo.\u00a0<\/em><em>Al ser humano le resulta natural sentir la uni\u00f3n con los dem\u00e1s para \u201csentirse en un\u00a0grupo\u201d, igual que un dedo se siente en la mano. This was much cooler than decorating the tables or learning about things that had happened and stopped happening hundreds of years before I even existed!<\/p><p><strong>The other day, driving back to my house here in London, I watched people cross the street in front of me, and thought\u2026 how do the moral values of a culture or region directly reflect the everyday reality of an entire nation?<\/strong><\/p><p>And I\u2019ve thought of all the countries I\u2019ve been to, which are dozens of them, and cultures in general, and how clear it is to understand which are those values established strongly from the cradle, in that culture of which that person did and of which he is a part.<\/p><p>An IVH (Human Value Index) survey conducted by the UN (The United Nations) showed that in the opinion of Brazilians, in general, what it is necessary to change in Brazil for quality of life to improve is, first, education, followed by public policy, violence, moral values \u200b\u200band employment. In the State of S\u00e3o Paulo there was a variation in relation to the national opinion, with moral values \u200b\u200bfirst.<\/p><p><strong>Most likely, if the same survey were done in England or in any other country, the result would be another.<\/strong><\/p><p>And it occurred to me: This applies not only to countries, but also to each of the families and the citizens.<\/p><p>If we stop to think, we will see clearly how the values we experience (or not) in our home, influences our life in general.<\/p><p>I particularly have two very strong and unshakable values, one is respect, and the other is honesty.<\/p><p>I cannot imagine a satisfactorily happy life without the presence of one of these two values.<\/p><p>And analyzing my reality, I see how everyone in my house also adopted the same guiding values, just as I adopted the values of the other members of my family.<\/p><p><strong>And in that I thought as I watched people cross the street\u2026 in the tranquility I was feeling, standing at the traffic light, with the glass open, and not even thinking about checking the mirror to make sure no one was approaching to rob me. And everyone around them was acting the same way.<\/strong><\/p><p>The boy who appeared to be about 10 years of age crossing the street alone, with his school bag, talking on his iPhone, the executive with his backpack, who did not try to disguise the presence of a laptop, and the old man, who walked calmly on the street with his walking stick, not being hit by the other pedestrians, and not bothering to finish crossing quickly, just in case the green light turned red for him.<\/p><p>And I realized the main reason for me to love London, is because people and their values, build a nation and (regardless of the weather), build the quality of life they have. (I\u2019m not just referring to London, but mentioning what I observed while thinking about it. Of course, I love Brazil a lot, however, for different reasons.)<\/p><p>Our values build our reality, as long as we are congruent with them!<\/p><p>After all, what good is it to value education if you\u2019re too lazy to read a book?<\/p><p>Or honesty, if you\u2019re happy when you get a little extra change and you don't even consider returning the difference to the cashier?<\/p><p>Returning to Moral and Civic Education, and knowing that it is no longer compulsory in schools, what can each of us do to incorporate it into our routine to contribute to a more moral and civically satisfying society?<\/p>","_et_gb_content_width":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[130],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-67987","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-articulos"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.8 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Los tres cerebros del equipo.
