No es lo mismo si tiene una habitaci\u00f3n o si debe trabajar en el sal\u00f3n, si vive con\u00a0<em>hijos\u00a0<\/em>o familiares,\u00a0mascota,\u2026 \u00a1Ponte en su lugar! (de trabajo).<br \/>\nOtra cosa importante; \u00bfPuede establecer un\u00a0<em>horario\u00a0<\/em>o solo puede trabajar a ratos?<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"><strong>2. \u00bfQu\u00e9 significa este proyecto para \u00e9l\/ella?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ser\u00e1\u00a0un medio para una de estas motivaciones:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Para\u00a0<strong>subsistir<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Para<strong>\u00a0relacionarse\u00a0<\/strong>con otras personas,<\/li>\n<li>Para<strong>\u00a0realizarse<\/strong>\u00a0como profesional (y como persona)<\/li>\n<li>Para\u00a0<strong>ayudar\u00a0<\/strong>a otros o a la sociedad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sin duda, a una persona que solo trabaja para subsistir\u00a0le resulta muy dif\u00edcil alcanzar el alto rendimiento.\u00a0<em>T\u00fa puedes ayudarle a reforzar alguna de las motivaciones poderosas:\u00a0relacionarse, autorrealizarse o ayudar.<\/em><br \/>\nPara ello,\u00a0cuida de que tu motivaci\u00f3n nazca tambi\u00e9n de ah\u00ed. Ese es el liderazgo aut\u00e9ntico.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"><strong>3. Para pedir las cosas\u2026 \u00bfpresionar\u00a0o motivar?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ser duro es tan equivocado como ser\u00a0permisivo.<\/p>\n<p>Si la persona siente que ese trabajo es significativo, cumplir\u00e1 su parte, desear\u00e1 que alguien marque el camino con orden y cari\u00f1o.\u00a0<strong>Podemos ser insistentes, pero siempre desde las motivaciones poderosas<\/strong>, no porque \u201cte pago para eso\u201d o \u201ces tu obligaci\u00f3n\u201d, sino:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Por el bien\u00a0del equipo (de las personas m\u00e1s que de la empresa).<\/li>\n<li>Para aprender todos<\/li>\n<li>Para crear un proyecto del que sentirnos orgullosos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>De aqu\u00ed surge\u00a0el liderazgo ideal,\u00a0<\/strong>el verdadero\u00a0<strong>coaching de equipos.\u00a0<\/strong>Adem\u00e1s, te conviertes en<strong>\u00a0el compa\u00f1ero que todos quieren tener.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La pregunta es\u00a0<strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 no se prestaba m\u00e1s atenci\u00f3n a generar equipos de alto rendimiento?<\/strong>\u00a0En este momento, vemos que el teletrabajo est\u00e1 obligando a hacerlo, pues las posibilidades de que una persona o un equipo se desmotive o desoriente son mucho mayores que cuando no hay presencia f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n<p>Lo notamos en la afluencia de l\u00edderes y coaches a la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/benpensante.com\/portfolio\/certificacion-internacional-coaching-equipos-icc-online\/\">certificaci\u00f3n de coaching de equipos<\/a>, que es una de mis misiones m\u00e1s queridas. This was much cooler than decorating the tables or learning about things that had happened and stopped happening hundreds of years before I even existed!<\/p><p><strong>The other day, driving back to my house here in London, I watched people cross the street in front of me, and thought\u2026 how do the moral values of a culture or region directly reflect the everyday reality of an entire nation?<\/strong><\/p><p>And I\u2019ve thought of all the countries I\u2019ve been to, which are dozens of them, and cultures in general, and how clear it is to understand which are those values established strongly from the cradle, in that culture of which that person did and of which he is a part.<\/p><p>An IVH (Human Value Index) survey conducted by the UN (The United Nations) showed that in the opinion of Brazilians, in general, what it is necessary to change in Brazil for quality of life to improve is, first, education, followed by public policy, violence, moral values \u200b\u200band employment. In the State of S\u00e3o Paulo there was a variation in relation to the national opinion, with moral values \u200b\u200bfirst.<\/p><p><strong>Most likely, if the same survey were done in England or in any other country, the result would be another.<\/strong><\/p><p>And it occurred to me: This applies not only to countries, but also to each of the families and the citizens.<\/p><p>If we stop to think, we will see clearly how the values we experience (or not) in our home, influences our life in general.<\/p><p>I particularly have two very strong and unshakable values, one is respect, and the other is honesty.<\/p><p>I cannot imagine a satisfactorily happy life without the presence of one of these two values.<\/p><p>And analyzing my reality, I see how everyone in my house also adopted the same guiding values, just as I adopted the values of the other members of my family.<\/p><p><strong>And in that I thought as I watched people cross the street\u2026 in the tranquility I was feeling, standing at the traffic light, with the glass open, and not even thinking about checking the mirror to make sure no one was approaching to rob me. And everyone around them was acting the same way.<\/strong><\/p><p>The boy who appeared to be about 10 years of age crossing the street alone, with his school bag, talking on his iPhone, the executive with his backpack, who did not try to disguise the presence of a laptop, and the old man, who walked calmly on the street with his walking stick, not being hit by the other pedestrians, and not bothering to finish crossing quickly, just in case the green light turned red for him.<\/p><p>And I realized the main reason for me to love London, is because people and their values, build a nation and (regardless of the weather), build the quality of life they have. (I\u2019m not just referring to London, but mentioning what I observed while thinking about it. Of course, I love Brazil a lot, however, for different reasons.)<\/p><p>Our values build our reality, as long as we are congruent with them!<\/p><p>After all, what good is it to value education if you\u2019re too lazy to read a book?<\/p><p>Or honesty, if you\u2019re happy when you get a little extra change and you don't even consider returning the difference to the cashier?<\/p><p>Returning to Moral and Civic Education, and knowing that it is no longer compulsory in schools, what can each of us do to incorporate it into our routine to contribute to a more moral and civically satisfying society?<\/p>","_et_gb_content_width":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[130],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-68041","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-articulos"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.8 -
