Os Coaches entendem que, ao violar estes padr\u00f5es, poder\u00e3o ficar sujeitos a demandas legais por parte de terceiros.<\/p>\n<p>4) Os coaches sempre se empenhar\u00e3o para identificar quest\u00f5es pessoais que possam prejudicar, conflitar ou interferir com seu desempenho de coaching ou com seus relacionamentos profissionais de coaching. Sempre que fatos e circunst\u00e2ncias o fizerem necess\u00e1rio, os coaches prontamente buscar\u00e3o assist\u00eancia profissional e determinar\u00e3o que atitude dever\u00e1 ser tomada, inclusive a de suspender ou terminar o relacionamento(s) de coaching, caso seja conveniente.<\/p>\n<p>5) Os coaches se comportar\u00e3o de acordo com estes Padr\u00f5es de Conduta em todas as situa\u00e7\u00f5es de treinamento, monitoramento e supervis\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>6) Os coaches conduzir\u00e3o e reportar\u00e3o a pesquisa com compet\u00eancia, honestidade, e dentro de padr\u00f5es cient\u00edficos reconhecidos e diretrizes de assuntos aplic\u00e1veis. As pesquisas dos coaches ser\u00e3o realizadas com a necess\u00e1ria anu\u00eancia e aprova\u00e7\u00e3o dos envolvidos e com uma abordagem que proteja os participantes de qualquer dano em potencial.\u00a0 Todas as atividades da pesquisa ser\u00e3o realizadas de forma que estejam de acordo com as leis do pa\u00eds no qual as mesmas forem realizadas.<\/p>\n<p>7)\u00a0 Os coaches manter\u00e3o, arquivar\u00e3o e dispor\u00e3o de cuidadosos registros das atividades realizadas durante seu trabalho de coaching, de maneira a proporcionar sigilo, seguran\u00e7a e privacidade, e cumprir com quaisquer leis e acordos aplic\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Se\u00e7\u00e3o 2: Conflitos de Interesse<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>8) Os coaches procurar\u00e3o evitar conflitos de interesses e conflitos de interesses em potencial e tratar abertamente qualquer um desses conflitos. Conduta Profissional com os Clientes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>12) Os coaches n\u00e3o enganar\u00e3o nem far\u00e3o alega\u00e7\u00f5es falsas, intencionalmente, sobre o que seu cliente ou patrocinador poder\u00e1 esperar receber\u00e1 do processo de coaching, ou dele, como o coach.<\/p>\n<p>13) Os coaches n\u00e3o dar\u00e3o aos seus clientes ou patrocinadores em perspectiva informa\u00e7\u00e3o ou recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es, que o coach sabe ou acredita serem enganosas ou falsas.<\/p>\n<p>14) Os coaches ter\u00e3o acordos ou contratos claros com seus clientes ou patrocinadores, e honrar\u00e3o todos os acordos ou contratos realizados no contexto dos relacionamentos profissionais de coaching.<\/p>\n<p>15) Os coaches explicar\u00e3o cuidadosamente e se empenhar\u00e3o para deixar claro aos seus clientes ou patrocinadores de coaching, antes ou durante a reuni\u00e3o inicial, a natureza do coaching, a natureza e limites do sigilo, arranjos financeiros, e quaisquer outros termos do acordo ou contrato de coaching.<\/p>\n<p>16) Os coaches ser\u00e3o respons\u00e1veis por fixar os limites claros, apropriados e culturalmente sens\u00edveis que controlar\u00e3o qualquer contato f\u00edsico que os coaches possam ter com seus clientes ou patrocinadores.<\/p>\n<p>17) Os coaches n\u00e3o se envolver\u00e3o sexualmente com qualquer um de seus clientes ou patrocinadores.<\/p>\n<p>18) Os coaches respeitar\u00e3o o direito do cliente de encerrar o coaching em qualquer est\u00e1gio durante o processo, sujeito \u00e0s disposi\u00e7\u00f5es do acordo ou contrato, e ficar\u00e1 atento \u00e0s indica\u00e7\u00f5es de que o cliente n\u00e3o est\u00e1 mais sendo beneficiado com o relacionamento de coaching.<\/p>\n<p>19) Os coaches incentivar\u00e3o os seus clientes ou patrocinadores a fazerem uma mudan\u00e7a, se o coach acreditar que o cliente ou patrocinador seria melhor servido por outro coach ou por outro recurso.<\/p>\n<p>20) Os coaches sugerir\u00e3o a seus clientes procurar os servi\u00e7os de outros profissionais, quando julgarem necess\u00e1rio ou apropriado.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Se\u00e7\u00e3o 4. Professional Conduct al Large\"]<br \/> 1) Coaches will not knowingly make any public statement that is untrue or misleading about what they offer as coaches, or make false claims in any written documents relating to the coaching profession or the coach's credentials.<\/p><p>2) Coaches will accurately identify their coaching qualifications, expertise, experience, certifications and credentials.<\/p><p>3) Coaches will recognize and honor the efforts and contributions of others and not misrepresent them as their own. Coaches understand that violating this standard may leave them subject to legal remedy by a third party.<\/p><p>4) Coaches will at all times strive to recognize personal issues that may impair, conflict, or interfere with their coaching performance or their professional coaching relationships. Whenever the facts and circumstances necessitate, coaches will promptly seek professional assistance and determine the action to be taken, including whether it is appropriate to suspend or terminate their coaching relationship(s).<\/p><p>5) Coaches will conduct themselves in accordance with these Standards of Conduct in all coach training, coach mentoring, and coach supervisory situations.<\/p><p>6) Coaches will conduct and report research with competence, honesty, and within recognized scientific standards and applicable subject guidelines. Coaches' research will be carried out with the necessary consent and approval of those involved, and with an approach that will protect participants from any potential harm.\u00a0 All research efforts will be performed in a manner that complies with the laws of the country in which the research is conducted.<\/p><p>7)\u00a0 Coaches will accurately maintain, store, and dispose of any records created during their coaching business in a manner that promotes confidentiality, security, and privacy, and complies with any applicable laws and agreements.[\/important]<\/p><p>[important title=\"Section 2. Conflicts of Interest\"]<br \/> 8) Coaches will seek to avoid conflicts of interest and potential conflicts of interest and openly disclose any such conflicts.
