Es en ese entorno donde florece con ritmo de tambores que se escuchan a lo lejos y que poco a poco se van haciendo m\u00e1s presentes hasta que lo llenan todo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 11.25pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: ES-AR; mso-fareast-language: EN-GB;\" lang=\"ES-AR\">La humildad puede ejemplificarse con algunos usos llamativos que buscan la diferenciaci\u00f3n con menos en vez de con m\u00e1s:<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 11.25pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 11.25pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: ES-AR; mso-fareast-language: EN-GB;\" lang=\"ES-AR\">\u2022 No usar may\u00fasculas,\u2026 es curioso el efecto que nos producen los t\u00edtulos en min\u00fasculas \u00bfno?; parece como si el mensaje fuera tan importante que necesitara de un contenedor lo m\u00e1s sencillo posible. A m\u00ed me proporciona una sensaci\u00f3n de limpieza y transparencia, incluso aunque en cuestiones de ortograf\u00eda soy un poco mani\u00e1tico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 11.25pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: ES-AR; mso-fareast-language: EN-GB;\" lang=\"ES-AR\">\u2022\u00a0<strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 pasa si ponemos una parte del texto en una letra m\u00e1s peque\u00f1a?<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>\u00bfSe lee con una atenci\u00f3n especial?\u00a0<\/strong>Cualquier alteraci\u00f3n nos provoca atenci\u00f3n, pero es bueno valorar el efecto de darle menos \u00e9nfasis en vez de darle m\u00e1s, tambi\u00e9n da resultado \u00bfpor qu\u00e9?\u2026 interesante pregunta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 11.25pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: ES-AR; mso-fareast-language: EN-GB;\" lang=\"ES-AR\">\u2022 Es curioso el efecto del asterisco en la publicidad, a veces sentimos una atracci\u00f3n irresistible por conocer qu\u00e9 nos quiere decir\u2026 y se utiliza este efecto en muchas ocasiones con habilidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 11.25pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: ES-AR; mso-fareast-language: EN-GB;\" lang=\"ES-AR\">El \u00e9nfasis est\u00e1 en todo lo que nos rodea: emails, deporte, pol\u00edtica\u2026 la publicidad es una muestra y al mismo tiempo una exageraci\u00f3n de esta tendencia, pues vive precisamente de conseguir la atenci\u00f3n. Por eso es interesante darse cuenta de c\u00f3mo busca utilizar una forma de \u00e9nfasis que, en estos tiempos, es igualmente o incluso m\u00e1s poderosa: la humildad \u00bfQuiz\u00e1 \u00e9sta sea hoy una de las m\u00e1s poderosas fuentes de diferenciaci\u00f3n? No lo s\u00e9, pero pensar en ello nos abre un universo evocador\u2026 me gusta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 11.25pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: ES-AR; mso-fareast-language: EN-GB;\" lang=\"ES-AR\">Estoy de acuerdo con mucho de lo que dice Ortner en \u201cLa modestia no es ninguna virtud\u201d, pero creo que ella estar\u00eda de acuerdo con que eso no tiene nada que ver con la verdadera humildad, que s\u00ed es una virtud como pocas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 11.25pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: ES-AR; mso-fareast-language: EN-GB;\" lang=\"ES-AR\">Estoy asistiendo para que tenga un efecto estimulante sobre nuestro potencial (podr\u00eda decirse \u201cun efecto poderoso\u201d en otro contexto) podemos desarrollar esta competencia y convertirla en un arte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 11.25pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: ES-AR; mso-fareast-language: EN-GB;\" lang=\"ES-AR\">Hay paradojas muy sugerentes en la actitud de Joseph [O\u2019Connor]\u2026 me sugiere que ser humilde tiene que ver con que no hay categor\u00edas, no hay nadie inferior (ni tampoco superior), no hay nada extraordinario en lo que hago (aunque tengo la responsabilidad de hacerlo con todo mi ser, consciente y presente, con toda la atenci\u00f3n, lo que da una extraordinaria calidad, algo parecido al flow)\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 11.25pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: ES-AR; mso-fareast-language: EN-GB;\" lang=\"ES-AR\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 pasar\u00eda si las empresas incluyeran en su desarrollo de personas o cada uno atendiera en su desarrollo personal a alcanzar la excelencia en la competencia \u201chumildad\u201d?<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: ES-AR; mso-fareast-language: EN-GB;\" lang=\"ES-AR\">\u00a0Tampoco podemos saberlo, pero abre un universo de posibilidades inexploradas\u2026 quiz\u00e1 sea una competencia b\u00e1sica para ser m\u00e1s uno mismo (aceptaci\u00f3n) encontrando su sitio en el entorno que le rodea\u2026 \u00bfqu\u00e9 \u00e9xito podr\u00eda alcanzar una empresa compuesta por este tipo de personas? Suena sugerente. De hecho, personalmente dir\u00eda que intuyo esta capacidad en algunas organizaciones que conozco.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 11.25pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: ES-AR; mso-fareast-language: EN-GB;\" lang=\"ES-AR\">Por otro lado, esto me ha hecho leer de nuevo el art\u00edculo de \u201cel silencio\u201d de Charo Pita\u2026 Eureka.
