JUAN JOSÉ JÁUREGUI
Juan José Jáuregui is 46 years old and has 23 years of professional life.
Initially formed in Psychology, he worked for two years doing clinic and then specialized in Human Resources. He has been Head of Human Resources Development and Manager of Human Resources and Human Management in five of the most important companies in Bolivia, combining his career with consulting projects in human management and organizational development for 10 years.
He completed his training with an MBA and a Specialization in Human Resources in India. Currently is a candidate for a PhD in Education (with focus on Complexity and Transdisciplinarity) and a University Teacher at the Master’s level.
For several years, after his training and certification as a Coach, he founded Active Balance, a company dedicated to coaching and accompanying processes of transition and personal and organizational change.
Married with his business partner, they have two children, 14 and 10 years old. He is a reading and a travel addict, and have been practicing yoga and meditation daily for 6 years.
