‘You’re stressed…’ That’s bad. Right?
Well… It depends. When it means you’re too far out of your comfort zone for too long with no control: that’s bad. It’s called distress and needs attention.
If your comfort zone is adjustable and you have control over what happens and how long it happens, that’s eustress and it makes you stronger. (And can even be fun).
This course will show you how to stop distress and cultivate Eustress in yourself and your clients.
How long does the 'From Distress to Eustress' program last?

The program consists of three sessions: two three-hour sessions and one two-hour session. Sessions will be held on Mondays over a two-month period, starting at 2:00 PM UK time.

Joseph O’Connor is an internationally recognised author, executive coach, trainer and consultant. He has given trainings in over thirty countries.
