YOSHIHIRO MORITA
Yoshihiro (Yoshi) Morita is an Executive Coach with more than 20 years of international leadership and Human Resources experience.
Throughout his career, he has partnered with executives and leadership teams across Asia, supporting leadership development, organizational transformation, and talent development.
His coaching philosophy is grounded in a simple belief:
Lasting leadership begins not with what leaders do, but with who they are.
During the ICC Trainers Training, Yoshi began developing the concept of Executive Essential State (EES)—the inner place to which leaders can consciously return before they lead, make decisions, and take action.
He believes coaching is not about helping people become someone else, but about helping them reconnect with the wisdom, clarity, and humanity that already exist within them.
As an ICC Trainer, Yoshi is passionate about creating learning experiences that foster deep reflection, meaningful dialogue, and lasting personal transformation.
